I was waiting in line for over 30 minutes to be served. By the time they reached me it was closing time and was told to come back another day. Really poor customer service. If I had entered 5 minutes before hand, I would have had no problem returning. But to wait half an hour and then be told to come back.. REALLY POOR SERVICE. I understand people want to go home, but turning someone away when they have been waiting that long... failure at customer service 101.

Short staff, poor service, no one picks up phone call either.

I've been here many times but today's service was the worst I've ever experienced.
At first,I went to counter and asked for opening joint account the staff was quit busy but still friendly. She told us if we had enough time to wait for her. We replied yes it was fine we could wait here. After 15 minutes a girl named Prabnya came to us and asked all the documents. when I didn't understand why the account could not be opened this time she started yelling at me loudly. She said loudly “Do you understand that? Yes, you can go other nab branch. But I cannot open for you today. “ She was really unprofessional and rude when she explained the reasons and it was like we wasted her time and unacceptable.
I walked out feeling really bad.
After that, we went to other bank get everything we needed and were done.

My partner and I booked an appointment to discuss home loan options and within the first five minutes of speaking with the guy, we felt worthless and as if we were wasting his time. He didn’t want to help look into options for later down the track and when we had to ask a question twice because we didn’t understand it, he made a smart comment about how he already told us the information. We walked out feeling terrible and definitely wouldn’t return.
