$10 dog wash. Very clean. Easy to use. Staff very helpful and friendly. Was given complimentary dog treats to award our mate during his wash.

Five star service,Carol was super friendly,helpful and knowledgeable on the products we were deciding upon. A refreshing change in this day and age to receive good old fashioned customer service, Great range of products too, picked up some great Christmas presents,definately will support this business in future👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My sister & I popped into the Caversham store on Saturday with our Miniature Schnauzer Toby a rescue dog. Mikaela was so helpful fitting him for a harness that fits him perfectly. She also went out of her way to ensure the whole process was as calm as possible for Toby & us as we wanted to avoid possible conflict with other dogs. Mikaela"s calm approach & kindness ensured a positive outcome for both Toby & us. Caitlin & Essence were also very helpful & supportive in organising his new name tag. Thank you so much for all your help. We highly recommend a visit.

Yesterday I went into this store to wash my dog and look for a new harness for my very energetic staffy. Essence was beyond helpful! She took the time to check the correct size and fit and also was very knowledgeable about what product was best for our needs. I have used this store for the past couple of years but felt this time I need to review how amazing the staff are. Thank you so so much for excellent service.

Had a problem with one of the dog wash bays and left a review detailing my complaint. The next day I got a call from management apologizing for my negative experience, thanking me for my feedback, and a refund for a future dog wash. That's good customer service, and I will continue to give them my business.

Washed both our fur babies, the staff were very welcoming and so helpful, our fur babies enjoyed there showers and had wonderful treats when finishing, just a wonderful experience thank you.

Great service as always and super helpful I went in for some ear cleaning products for my Frenchie, as soon as I walked in I was greeted in a very friendly manner and asked if I needed any help all while the staff member was still sorting out items around the store and she took me straight to the product I was looking for giving a full explanation on it's uses and advising that it was the most preferred product.

Everything for your chook, guinea pig and swimming pool.
The staff are always super helpful.
