Came here with my partner looking for an engagement ring. The Manager Daphne was very helpful and patient while she found the right one. We got a great deal, the process was hassle free and my bride to be loves her ring. Professional and helpful service, I would recommend.

Ok buying experience but terrible follow up service with the warranty claim on an expensive watch.

The shop is fine , but the SERVICE of the ladies especially the blond Asian lady it is very bad , all she cares is too gain profit no matter if the customer is not happy. I have tried to returned a watch bought from my wife 2 weeks ago because it hurts when I wear it and she was trying very hard to sell me more instead easily just swapping the watch with another one more comfortable for me , I also offered to pay a little bit more and get swap the watch that I am not able to wear. I felt very uncomfortable dealing with this lady this morning and I don’t recommend anyone to deal with her ….

If I could I would put 0 star for this place… my Wife have bought me a beautiful watch 2 weeks ago that I do really like but it is very hurting me when I wear it. We tried to exchange it, even offering to pay more money for a more expensive watch, but was told it wasn’t possible because it had been worn once. She then told my wife to wear the watch instead and buy another one

Very disappointed with the service I received from them and the quality of the jewellery. I bought this expensive ring from them in august 2022 and five days after I bought it the sapphire came out. I returned it to the shop and she offered me a replacement ring. In January 2023 the same thing happened with the new ring. This is clearly a manufacturers defect as the same stone cannot come out twice in the same spot. They refuse to give me a refund or repair for free. They said I knocked the ring. Yes as if I will throw a ring and exactly the same stone will come out. Disgraceful conduct. I am taking this further now and making a formal complaint to consumer protection. Not care or empathy at all today when I picked the ring. Shameful conduct.

One year ago I was given a beautiful tennis bracelet. Within 4 months the catch broke. After 1 month they repaired it. 4 months later the bracelet snapped in half. They have made me pay for the repairs. It was supposed to have a 12 month warranty.
I will never shop here again. The service was terrible and they did not up hold their warranty.
So disappointed. Buyer beware!!!!

I bought 2 necklaces and a bracelet here. One of the necklaces broke, so I bought it in to get repaired. I was asked to pay for the repair. Then told they couldn’t repair it and they weren’t going to offer me an exchange or a refund. It took me 6 phone calls to find this out, they kept saying they would call back with information but wouldn’t call. I wouldn’t buy at Mazzuccheillis again, very poor service and products

Bought some earrings in January and had an issues with one of them. Went back to the same store the same week and customer service was HORRIBLE. They kept reassuring me the issue was fixed, but it wasn't, so I had to come back few times and every time they blamed me when the issue was there from the start. Not only were they constantly blaming me for using them incorrectly and applying "too much pressure" when putting them on, they wanted to charge me for fixing the earrings because they "should've sent them to their head office rather than an independent jeweller, so we actually had to pay for this". Definitely not the customer's fault.

The lady who served me was Amy, she was making everyone, including the staff feel uncomfortable with her unprofessional comments. Another customer had an issue with a watch they bought and she said to them "this lady (pointing at her colleague) served you when you bought that watch, so go to her with any issues, don't come to me". Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service.

Not coming back.

Would give zero if I could. Went into the store, waited for one of the staff to serve me. Both of them ignored me and helped others who walked in after I had already been waiting 15minutes whilst they shuffled some things around in the cabinets and avoided me and when I did ask for help got gestured to that they were “waiting” for someone outside of the store to come back in …. Can’t even say that I got really terrible customer service beacause they didn’t even bother to serve me. I can see in the other reviews this isn’t abnormal… seems management need to have a look at what’s going on in their store.

My family made a $21K purchase (3 x $7k bangles) from Mazzucchelli's. All three items experienced the same issues (latch was not secure and the bangle was constantly falling off). The after purchase service from both the Karrinyup store manager and WA state manager was terrible and I will never shop there again.

Went there one Saturday Morning to buy my Girlfriend a diamond necklace we walked in and noticed a young man leaning on the counter talking to the blonde saleswoman my girlfreind picked out her necklace we glanced over to the young lady who looked up and payed no attention to my girlfriend and I so we walked out in disgust and went to Michael Hill instead and bought a $1500 diamond necklace there. My girlfriend and I walked back over to Mazzucchelli's and the young man was still leaning over the counter chatting up the young bimbo then walked out without buying a thing all up in Mazzucchelli's
we were there for about 15mins and about 25mins in Michael Hill.
I would recommend going elsewhere if you want to buy anything from Mazzucchelli's Karrinyup store

They very slow, Mede us wait a lot. Not a good customer service.
