I’ve tried so many and this is my favourite! Both phlebotomists are extremely skilled and experienced.

Not sure when these other reviewers went but I had a great experience this morning. Only waited 5 mins before I was seen by the phlabotomist. Went for a 7am fasting blood test so I was happy to be served quickly. There were a few people waiting when I was leaving but it couldn't have been for more than 10 mins again. The phlabotomist was very friendly and efficient.

Went first thing in morning for fasting blood test. Fabulous service and lovely staff member. Quick and easy.

Honestly I have never had an issue with the staff but heads up: if you are going Saturday morning between 8-9 you can’t actually physically get into building or the clinic. It happened one time to me and I was told that was an anomaly but here we are again. On another note: working here on a Saturday morning must be wonderful as you sit there twiddling your thumbs waiting for patients who will never attend because they cannot get inside the gates. It feels like some sort of bizarre sims glitch….. oh great. The drunk lady from the bus stop just made eye contact with me. 🤞 please don’t come over here. Please don’t com over here.

Absolutely horrible customer service, mainly from the older woman that works there. Insisted that I had to pay for a certain blood test even though my GP told me there was no charge. Chased me out to the car to get a payment from me and never ended up being charged so GP was obviously correct. Not the first bad experience I’ve had here either.

WOW, would have to be the worst customer experience ever. Since when is it okay to say "whatever!" and "not my problem" to a customer? This language is like going back to high school.

Don't. I waited 40min with 2 people in front of me. I could hear them just talking in there I have no idea what they were doing. Just a lot of "sorry" and some nervous laughter. When I went in the person was manually typing all the details from the form before taking my blood, it took ages.

Absolutely disgraceful , should be more considerate and nice to your patients and go back to school to learn manners

This is a very ridiculous experience. I don’t understand why they told me to book the appointment when no one really care about appointment time. People just walk in and wait until your turn. Never expect such a long waiting time.

NEVER GO THERE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
You will be lucky if you find professional person who know to search veins otherwise good luck This morning on 13.1.22 at 7:50 AM one male staff put needles 8 times in my wife’s arm and didn’t listen to follow staff to stop , at the end he said Oh ! I am not successful, We have to go to st. Clair lab to get blood out where the professional lady get the blood out in very first go. Guys NEVER GO TO CLINPATH HINDMARSH.

when u arrive for a 12 hour fasting blood test at 7am, room full of people waiting - no numbers, no staff, no air - to top it off - one and only staff member whose bought her bad attitude to work with her

The lady here is rude. I was waiting for longer than 1 hour and she had only given two other people bloods.
