Fitting and choosing the right shoes for the activity can be simplified by in-house treadmill gait analysis and there are plenty of sports fuel options to buy as well.

Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful service today. Ran on the treadmill, the slowmo video from behind was great to show my running style and what shoe type was best for me. Nathan was awesome.

Oakley was super friendly and helpful. No effort at all to bring several different shoes from different brands for us to try. Clear about what to expect from each shoe and also happy, with no prompting from us, to recommend cheaper options as they were better fit for purpose, rather than to just sell us the most expensive shoes.

1st time online purchase here finding better value for my Asics GT 1000' and headband. Both items delivered interstate together on time over Easter. No delivery fee and a welcome discount too. Definitely buying more goods from here.

Great website for all sports shoes with awesome filtering options to identify the exact shoes you are after. Solid post sales support too. Often have discounts on offer also.

Once you have the shoe or shoes that are best for you, the staff will then go over your preferred colours to your personal taste & you purchase your shoe. The process is very detailed, easy to follow & the service is 5 star.

I haven’t bought running shoes for a long time so was nervous about what to buy. Margo at himdmarsh was amazing. Listened to my requirements and made recommendations based on that. Found the perfect shoes for me and was very patient with sizing my feet and assisting with trying them on. Keep up the great work team.

I received excellent advice from the staff at Sportitude regarding my Brookes trainers. Unfortunately, I experienced a torn calf during my first week of using them, but the team at Sportitude welcomed me back warmly and conducted a thorough run assessment. They recommended adjusting my running technique by bringing in my run gate and striking my inner foot more, as well as incorporating a 4mm heel rise. The results were amazing - I no longer experience any pain or injuries and feel fantastic. I told the staff at the store that they have earned a customer for life with their outstanding service and expertise.

Customer service by Sportitude is the best I have experienced in a long time. I have recently had a warranty claim which was handled extremely professionally and I was given regular updates as to the status. Post sale support is 10/10

I don’t normally take the time to do reviews, however, after my positive experience today at Sportitude, I wanted to let others know how pleased I was with the service I received. Matt (one of the sales staff), went out of his way to ensure that I got the best fit sandshoe for my feet as I do a lot of walking and he wanted to make sure that I was more than satisfied with the choice of shoe. A lot of time was spent sorting this out for me and I was very grateful for Matt’s help and patience as I tried on several pairs of shoes before I made my purchase. How refreshing to shop in a store where you get fantastic customer service. Matt greeted me as I walked in and was attentive, knowledgeable and focussed on the finding the best shoe for my requirements. I have been in store before where you have to flag someone down just to get help and them whilst serving you they will be back and forwards helping others at the same time. This was not the case here.
With Matt's help I was able to work through several options to find exactly what I needed. Will definitely return here the next time I need sports shoes.

I shopped via the online platform to purchase a new pair of Brooks Glycerin GTS 20s and I was absolutely amazed with the service. They had the best price for these online in Australia, and on top of that had the extra codes of discount which I originally missed but Rees kindly assisted me with via email. Shipping was fast and free, have already recommended this website to all my friends and family and only received the runners today! Fast, efficient and friendly service :)
