Took wife, daughter and our little Chug. Pleasant atmosphere. Wasn't busy. Absolutely perfect weather, for Mother's day. We saw some more numbered posts and walkways, we hadn't seen, on previous visits. Saw a lot of Kangaroos, too.

Really nice and relaxing place to bring your kids. The walk was fun with lots of different paths to choose and interesting things to see. Highly recommended for a stress free kiddy adventure

Fenced and gated to keep kangaroos and larger animals out this lovely area within Whiteman Park is perfect for a walk around an Australian native bush. During our visit we did see a couple of smaller native animals, I think they were bandicoots.

Beautiful place, relaxing walk, few aged elements add to the charm.
Gates can get confusing but great in afternoon

Printed out the fairy door trail map but couldn't find any in the childrens forest. Lots of other interesting things to see there though. Not a lot of shade so it was quite hot and sunny in the middle of the day

Not wheelchair friendly off road tracks bog badly. Soft sand. No dogs allowed. Confusing where tracks go. Easy to get lost. Occasional sculpture hidden randomly. Warning some toys broken and very sharp edges.

We came to Whiteman Park specifically to see the Fairy doors in the Children's Forest. Unfortunately we found it hard to find, poorly signposted, no fairy doors to be seen, paths and places of interest in disrepair. Not recommended for parents with prams, poor paths and spiky plants...
I love Whiteman Park but not this particular part.
I have every confidence that Whiteman Park will eventually get around to fixing it up but just not yet. Keep going Whiteman Park, we do love you.
We very quickly found a wonderful spot to enjoy in true Whiteman Park style. So I highly recommend coming to Whiteman Park, just don't bother with the Children's Forest.
