Your sister had no ID, so you both can't be served. How does the team member know your not just going to buy her alcohol for her and give it to her once you've left the store? **Secondary supply of alcohol**

I've had no issues at this store so far 👍 Great service.

The number is times this store is closed during its stated opening hours is beyond a joke!

Don't bother, go elsewhere (bottlemart is just next door) as it'll almost certainly be closed. The manager will be stuffing his face somewhere in the shopping centre, on one of his 3 one hour lunch breaks for the day. Closed today as the eftpos is allegedly being upgraded, why can't he accept cash? Because he is absolutely useless.

Showing time 9am to 9pm on Saturday. I had click and collect orders. Received confirmation of collect. Went at 12.45pm and is closed. Sign saying will be back at 1.45pm. 1 hr wait on click and collect Seriously. Then put on the website that you closed for lunch.

Refused entry to the cool room where cartons and premixed drinks are kept
When I questioned this I was told to tell him what I wanted and then he’d get it?
Bit hard when you don’t know what is stocked as this is a small store with reduced stock varieties
Been a loyal LL customer for years
Will now definitely shop elsewhere

So sick of the amount of times I have been to this shop and it’s shut!!! You are losing business majorly. You have Bottlemart just over the car park which means COMPETITION!!!! I doubt management would be happy with this??

Constantly has back in 30 minutes sign on locked doors. Very inconvenient for a Saturday at 2:30 pm. Maybe more than 1staff member on shift. NOT professional

12.40 pm Saturday, shop is closed! Sign on door says they be back shortly, time on clock 12.20!? So does that mean they left at 12.20 and customers have to guess how long their break is?
Coz it’s now past 1pm and still closed!

Friday 25th June 2021 around 8pm. Walked in with my sister and was asked for ID. Mine was verified but my sister had forgotten to bring hers so she left the premises. I was then requested to leave and I would not be served “by law” because my sister had entered when I did. I smelled BS so afterwards I checked legislation Liquor Control Act 1988 (version 08-I0-01) going through it all. Only relevance found was Section 126 “Suspected juveniles, authorised persons’ powers as
to, offences by” and nothing could justify why I had to leave the store. Clearly abusing power of authority.
Anyways, don’t claim it’s the law when you don’t have a clue.

This is unfair to the business but I stand to be either corrected or served an apology and if so I will remove my 1-star rating.

So rude and uneducated female staff I met here . Girl ! go and learn some etiquettes . Also Revise your workplace modules related to customer service.
