Lucafe Italian

For Italian food that's made by the grandmother, look no further. This is the food I picture when I want traditional Italian food. Big serves great taste and perfect for family dinners and celebrations. We had the chef prepare us a selection of his favorites as sharing for the table and it exceeded our expectations. Will recommend for sure.

As authentic as it can get! Great service, good food and has options for kids.

Haven't been to this place in a very long time. But has not changed in quality of food and choices of dishes. Went there with friends and was not disappointed (even though it had some reviews that weren't genuine). We will definitely return, my favourite Italian restaurant. Thank you LUCAFE.

Amazing experience! We have gone to this restaurant a few times and the food and service has always been consistently good. Immediately greeted with happy customer service which stayed amazing all throughout the night. Now, the food! So good I could compare it to Nonnas! The pasta sauce is to die for! I’ve had the gnocchi and spaghetti bolognaise and honestly it’s the best pasta I’ve had to date. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s after some authentic Italian cooking! Beautiful staff and amazing food every-time. Our dinner date is well and truly over now and we can’t stop thinking about how good our experience was.

So 22 years going to Lucafe and i can say on every occasion there has never been a beet skipped! The food has always been full of flavour, the portions are ideal, the service has always been above & beyond and friendly to boot. There is a real passion for food and customer service at Lucafe and we've never been disappointed.

What a gem. We chose Lucafe for dinner out with my Dad who felt like Italian food.
After reading the 5star reviews I thought we had to try and were not disappointed.
Delicious pasta cooked perfectly and divine sauces. Not too rich and definitely home made. Perfect seasoning and very tasty parmasan. Wine menu was small and vineyards we'd not tried before.
All hits, no misses and we'll be back.
Staff were really friendly warm and attentive. Could be our new 'Weekly go to'

The food was absolutely superb.
The serving staff was a little over enthusiastic, customers do not want dishes removed mid meal or to be bothered quite so often. She was very sweet but much too intrusive. Maybe she was new.

LuCafe has the BEST Italian food this side of Italy. Most every thing is hand made on the premises which means the taste ranges from 'exceptionally good' all the way up to 'to die for'.

absolutely WONDERFUL restaurant, the food is delicious and the gnocchi just melts in your mouth! the house red is wonderful, and dessert is amazing too! not to busy, but warm and atmospheric! one of my favourite restaurants in Perth!

Brilliant Italian food, my wife and I go here as often as possible. The servings are large and delicious. The dessert pizza is absolutely divine but it's hard to get through after a large meal! The only downside is that on busy nights in can get quite loud inside, we tend to get there early to have a quiet meal.

Staff and owner were so friendly and accommodating, the food was so nice and with just the right atmosphere.

5/5 for these guys, they are in the middle of Tuart Hill, making for easy parking and access. The staff are really professional and really friendly, even when just waiting for takeaway. The food was perfect, I've had the risotto and the chilli Mussels and both where amazing. It's always a good sign when you walk into an Italian restaurant and find a giant Italian family going to town on their meal. Not a bad word against them.

Delicious authentic Italian foods! Did I mentioned HUGE portions? Best chilli mussels ever. Pizza was crusty and fresh. Old school Italian x
