I purchased a drum kit today for my daughter’s birthday, Rick was full of knowledge, didn’t make me feel rushed at all despite my very amateur questions. There was a brief moment of confusion which was out of both of our control but Rick went well above and beyond to help resolve the issue and even delivered the drums to my home this evening to ensure my daughter has her bday present. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service! It’s not about how businesses respond when things go smoothly, rather when things don’t and I am very appreciative for the effort the store and staff went to to ensure everything was rectified super fast.

I've been here twice now, and both times the staff were very friendly and happy to take time to explain the equipment and its features. Very knowledgeable.

I really appreciate having the opportunity to talk through my needs for a Digital Piano and Studio Monitors, they have a good range on the floor that you can listen to to help make your decisions. With staff that are willing to take the time and answer all your silly questions without making you feel dumb

I would have bought my gear from here but sadly both times there was no stock of the items I was after. but that's just how it is everywhere these days.

Was a little hesitant to order from here based on a couple of the reviews about postage issues. Especially given they're based in W.A & I'm on east coast.

Decided to give em a go and Bought the J.T Cry baby fuzz wah bass pedal online and paid for standard delivery.

Within 5 minutes of ordering I got Notification it was packed & ready for shipping. By the Friday I had it on my doorstep. Absolutely stoked with it!

Ordered a 2x12Line6 power cab on line, had immediate response stock was open box, and would I accept this. I declined as this was for a significant birthday present. They checked the other stores in their group and availability from the distributor.No other stores had boxed stock and it was 14 days delivery from the distributor. As this missed the birthday they facilitate an immediate refund which appeared on my account as cleared funds the next day.

Excellent communications and professionalism from the Logistics department, in particular Bernadette who was incredibly helpful. Big thanks 😊

Really helpful and patient showed my 4yr ol and I how to use equipment and instruments and allowed us to play for an hour or two Bashing on drums and tweaking synths.

Went in to buy a Maton 808 Blackwood, came out with a Martin 000-15M! Never thought I’d own a Martin, but here we are.
Astounding price, great, no pressure assistance from Paul, who helped me chose the guitar that best fitted my needs & budget. Excellent advice on buying the slightly more expensive “made in America” model over the “made in Mexico” one. It was like chalk & cheese.
And thank you to the shipping department, for letting have my guitar for a couple of weeks, while I’m here in Perth, then shipping it home to Brisbane for me.
I’ve been in a lot of guitar shops over the years, most are just ordinary, some are intimidating, Kosmic was like going to your muso mate’s place, gas-bagging trying his latest toys, then walking out with the one you love.

I am a musician and I use an RME 802 Interface that I bought from Kosmic. A guy called Kaz recommended it.

It was the best decision I ever made in as far as upgrading an important part of my home studio. The output is unmatched in comparison to anything I've ever had!

Over all, Kaz and his team gave me great customer service and I got more than I bargained for. This is the go to place for any musician on any level of their career.

I highly recommend this business. The item I ordered online for in store pickup was out of stock, so Kosmic arranged for a delivery to me straight from their supplier at no extra cost. I visited this store with my teenage son last Sunday to buy a guitar. We were taken care of by Matt, whose knowledge of guitars was outstanding. He encouraged me to hold a few guitars to get a real feel for them, pointed out the features of each, and why these may/may not be suitable for a beginner. He also tuned the guitar that I purchased and placed it inside the carry case so I didn't have mountains of cardboard to take home. I'm so happy with my purchase. Fantastic service Matt, thank you!

I have to say this is one of the best and biggest music stores in Perth. The staff are awesome, friendly and full of advice. I bought my JS Dinky from them last year. I was so impressed with there service I subscribed to the email offers. 10 month later they got there eofy Sale. Was in much need of some new microphones. Thanks to the notifications I was able to save myself a fair bit on them. Thanks guys. Will see you back in store for my next upgrade.

Spoke with Keith at kosmic a couple of times and was great to speak to about a case for my new shecter mgk signature guitar .
Took it in as its my first real purchase and all the guys where great and all very very friendly.

You can really tell these guys here love there music. I'll drive 40 minutes from home to service or purchase any music gear.

I will definitely be back close to march when im actual aloud to play my 30th birthday preset for a tune and setup ...

Really friendly staff, great layout with lots of variety of brands etc.

I play guitar, bass, and drums and mostly get all my gear from kosmic. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
I ordered a bass online that wasn't in stock and it only took 1 week to get to me, pretty happy with that.

The drum shop range isn't what it used to be, but that's understandable.
