First time going today after disappointment at other salons. This is a larger salon with multiple stylists and they were super busy. Despite this everyone was very friendly and explained what they were doing and why.

Tia cut my hair and she was AMAZING! A treatment on my neglected dry ends and a gorgeous cut brought life back to my curls. I will definitely be going back 🥰

Thank you so much to the ladies here! They brought my blonde hair back to where I dreamed it would be. They listened to what I wanted and explained very well what they were going to do on the day of my visit and what I need to do to look after and keep my hair looking 10/10.

I called Hairloom for a last minute emergency appointment as my sister had just had her hair done by another salon and it was terrible. My sister was devastated by the results. Hairloom squeezed my sister in for a last minute appointment and gave her exactly what she wanted. It made her day! Because of the big screw up we lost so much time to get her ready so we had no time to drive home so hairloom offered us a room out the back for her to get changed into her dress. She looked amazing and hairloom were great and saved the day for us. Thank you so much! Brilliant experience!

Wow! Just wow! Fantastic! Booked a “rescue appointment” to fix another botched haircut earlier in the week...I could not believe the results when I was finished! Impeccable and amazing. Connie and the team are fantastic and have an amazing skill set between them. The young lady who coloured my hair was also fantastic with great advice. I also utilised their Kerastase hair diagnosis tool, which is a camera to look at your health of your hair (very closely). I was given a new regime to “feed” my hair, and after only two weeks my hair is like silk but with great body. I’ll be back for sure. 100% recommended and ethically operated. A place you can trust.

I love going to this salon but I just cannot afford the cost, they are far too expensive. Connie is a lovely lady, as are the staff, but not everyone can afford their exorbitant prices...

Went back to Hairloom after many years. Hasn't changed ( apart from renovation) still has great stylists giving great hair cuts and friendly staff.
