Most staff are friendly

I would not recommend this medical centre based on my experience, was told I had a small skin cancer, given antibiotics, seen a week later to be told it was gone completely then to find out 4 weeks later it has developed into a nasty skin cancer, incompetent doctors and rude, uptight front desk staff, when I wouldn't tell them my occupation I was met with a snooty rude demeanour which instilled my belief of small town gossips, go to a reputable Dr if you want answers

Would be better if the the staff wouldn’t park in the very limited amount of parking spaces which forces injured patients to walk

What a complete and utter joke, can't can't take on any new patients...just present yourself to the emergency department . Rude arrogant Margerat receptionist

Disappointed that I had to wait 5 weeks to get to see a doctor, only for them to ring me 2 hours before my appointment to cancel. I'm at my wits end. This has set me back in my mental health. I'm very, very upset with how I've been treated. Terrible and unprofessional.

Uneducated, narrow minded, unprofessional doctor's. Suicide rates continue to grow in this small rural region and medical centres like this are a huge contributor, Continuing to take Bulk billing fee's from Medicare without providing the service, I will continue to make complaints to the QLD health ombudsman regarding this practice and doctor's, doctor's who are constantly neglecting their duty of care to patients.
Disgusting, disappointing, despicable health care provided by the doctor's at this medical centre.
