Amazing service from Sanjoy today, he approached me seeing I was having trouble finding something, led me in the right direction and explained the difference and benefits between the variety of skipping ropes, then had some awesome relatable suggestions on gym wear for my partner and ended up adding a Nike gym outfit onto the sale, impressive customer service and rapport building from this great individual and thank you to the really cool staff behind the counter for being so attentive and helpful during such a busy period 😁

I wasted to get indoor cricket gloves and couldn't find anywhere close to where I work or live, so went in to Rebel. Unfortunately they didn't have it but the Richmond store did. So they helped me to deliver it to my address. There are good cricket bats for 40% on sale. 🏏

I came here to buy swimwear today, Nicola really helped me get everything I needed and she made my shopping experience very enjoyable

We were looked after by Kate today. I had really specific questions about running gear, and there wasn't anything Kate didn't know. She's got incredible product knowledge. Same experience with the purchases my husband made. Best and most engaging service we've had in a retail store in a long time.

Bought a pair of runners. Emily served me, she was really helpful, friendly and polite. Don't often get this kind of customer service. I'll be coming back to this store even though this store is not the nearest one.

This is the third item I’ve purchased at this location and every time the service and knowledge has been excellent. Thank you to Alex P, your advice on these ASICS for my shin splints ultimately made the sale.

12th Feb 2022 - 700km later and the shoes are still comfy and not causing any issues. It just goes to show if you spend a little more, get quality shoes and they will reward your body.

Called to find a couple of basketball singlets. System said yes but they could not be found. Victoria spent more than a reasonable amount of time looking for me and her follow up was great. I felt like I was being very well looked after.

Wow!!! Amazing!! The best rebel I have been into by a mile. I was absolutely blown away by the incredible service from Kate today. So helpful and kind. I will now travel the extra 10 minutes to shop at this store to have Kate help me again. She is incredibly knowledgeable on all products in the store. I have not had such amazing service in years within a retail store. Thank you so very much! 10/10!

Lilly was an amazing help clearing up some membership issues, she was clear, concise and patient.

She did not rush through any information at all so I needn’t to ask for a repeat of what she said.

Honestly, customer service was amazing. We were helped by Jake, and out of all the stores we went to, he was the only one who actually gave us great customer service. The store is also clean, and all staff were friendly, but big shout out to Jake for helping us with all our questions, especially when you have kids trying on footy boots for the season! I wish all stores were like this!
