Hungry Jack's Burgers Bundoora

Came here for lunch, ordered for a family of 5 and everything was spot on! Perfectly crispy and seasoned chips, onion rings with a beautiful crunch, burgers really are better at Hungry Jacks ! The new bourbon burger range is excellent! Despite ordering 5 large meals, order was cooked really fast. Not to mention the soft serves, holy moly they make a bloody tower! It's huge! Loved it. Great job guys thank you 😊

Visited Sunday morning and tried the beef burger absolutely delicious! This hungry jack's bundoora is truly the best; I'll definitely be returning soon.

I was served by Yessica (apologies for spelling?) yesterday and this morning and she was so lovely and helpful. Even though I came late so not everything was available she made it with extra love and it was delicious

We went in like 10 minutes before closing and we messed up while ordering. But Yashika, who was working there was so kind to me, she offered me a box full of chips… and gave us ice cream too 😭 I was so happy haha. Thanks Yashika 🫶🏻

i was at hungry jacks bundoora earlier today, the staff were every nice and smiling, the girl who served me was a lovely girl named zoe by her name badge and she was very pleasant, she had tried her best to fix any customers requests, and had outstanding customer service and good eye contact, many more need to be like her!!

Awesome hungry jacks. The food is always consistently great. Plant-Based burgers are some of the best of all Hungry Jacks I've ever been to

Drive through lot more pleasant than MacDonald's

i was just there for a normal coffee , and this person named avi was very nice and i saw him make my coffee with a latte heart, i had never seen that at a fast food chain and i really appreciate their efforts and after that i had to order a meal which i absolutely loved. had a nice time which i didnt expect.

A shout out to the duty manager (I believe) working on Friday night 19th May. He went above and beyond to make our order of three Storms and the freshest, hottest onion rings ever, yum!
Not sure what ice cream/shake machines HJ’s use but they never seem to be working. This particular night I had been to two other stores and both stores machines were not working. The Bundoora store was my last chance for something I had been craving all night and this particular guy made sure I got my ice cream.
So thank you very much. You have restored my faith in fast food customer service, because let’s face it, most of the time it’s lacking or non existent (ahm Maccas 👎🏼)

The staff is very efficient in service and I found particularly Aviral to be very active and prompt in service.

Best hungry jacks ever! Food is always fresh staff are mostly nice. usually a bit of a wait for food but that’s okay. Only problem is that they get orders wrong a lot but other than that fantastic!

Drive ice cream and chai. I must say the chai latte at HJ is way better than Mecca's, maybe because I prefer spice to vanilla chai, but the ones from here I must say are constantly excellent. My grandsons just love the bursties

Gus always gets looked after at Bundoora HJ's. Food is spot on and yes burgers are better here. Customer service is friendly and have been treated well. Plenty of parking and my son enjoys the play area, his personal favourite.
