Officeworks South Yarra

I had to go into Officeworks today, 6 February, it was lunchtime and very very busy. The staff were amazing. Polite, engaged, efficient, patient really really helpful. Ten out of ten from me!

I came here to print thousands of photos, the staff were all really helpful, sure they could do with a few more staff on the service centre but never had an issue. Good service.

Christian really made our day today, she’s an amazing person and gave us great customer service. Thank you again Christian

Absolutely incredible above and beyond customer service!

I came in absolutely desperate to replace a laptop the same day as mine had died overnight with a deadline looming! I’d been to several electronic stores earlier that day and was exhausted as I hadn’t found anything equivalent I could bring home same day.

I want to pay an absolute compliment to Zach who talked me through the specs of the floorstock and alleviated my anxiety of getting the item the same day. He absolutely listened to my concerns and made everything seamless and easy.

Zach managed a hard factory reset, cleaned up the model and found a secure box to put the laptop all within the time it took for me to get a latte across the road.

I want to commend Officeworks South Yarra on their exceptional and knowledgeable staff. I’ve never experienced such fantastic service and it will be an absolute no brainer to return here specifically for electronics in future. Thank you!

I get all my printer and printing needs, photos, stationary,art supplies...the personal service is above average

Despite national supply shortage of tech products across all businesses: A very knowledgable team member helped me navigate their stock across the sites and warehouse to find my most preferred product that was available. I left with a very informed decision on which printer and monitors I purchased. I walked away with the printer which is fantastic and they brought the monitors in from warehouse for collection with in a few days. Great job much appreciated team. Keep it up!

Had amazing service from a young lady named Sophie. She went above & beyond to assist me with the photo centre. Sophie was extremely helpful in getting photos I needed off my mum's ipad, onto a USB & printed. My mother had recently passed, and Sophie not only made a stressful situation much easier, she was also very kind. Keep up the Great Work Sophie. 😁

Nicely laid out store, offering most essential things in easy to locate places - friendly & helpful staff, very convenient opening hours - a great local 🤗

Regular customer at the South Yarra store, usually always have everything in stock. Girl who greets at the door is such a gem, always willing to help me find what I’m looking for

The parcel I ordered via Click & Collect was much bigger than expected so I needed to call a large maxi taxi to bring it home

But I was lucky & fortunate as the lovely Asian girl (assistance manager) who was working there was on a break & was being visited by her partner while I was waiting outside

They both offered me a ride home in their 4x4 - it was jam packed with construction equipment so they spent ten minutes trying to make room for my package

They went above & beyond to help a customer out & they were under no obligation to

I would recommend this officeworks without hesitation

What else can I say? I love the Good Samaritan part of our Australian culture & take every opportunity I can to pay back in kind as others have always done for me

I recently purchased a Brother printer from this store. I was unable to connect the printer to my PC wirelessly. I went back into the store thinking that I would have to purchase a new PC in order to get the printer to connect. The sales assistant who helped me was very knowledgeable and told me what I needed to purchase to get my system working in the most cost-effective way without having to purchase a new PC. Very impressed with the helpfulness of your staff! Thank you!

Today my partner and i had to print some last-minute pictures and Tim went above and beyond to help us out get the job done. He stayed back with another team member and helped us with this! We are grateful for your help and we will definitively go back for all our needs.

Everytime we come here , the service is amazing !! Even when it’s rush hour the staff are super patient and get things done efficiently. We make our way out to drive to this officeworks because it’s better than any other ! We are a small business so the printing is always done perfectly !! I visit South Yarra regularly, the print services at least once a week and overall have had a good experience. I am writing this review to commend a staff member by the name of Duke, a young man I had the good fortune to be served by on the weekend.
I was attempting to have the file printed into a bound booklet, but unfortunately I had furnished only a file that was unable to be opened for safety reasons by the staff member.
I desperately needed that booklet printed, but I didn’t have the skill set to convert the file into a PDF on my iPhone. The customer service rep Duke, was not an iPhone user so was not familiar with my late model phone, But he did not give up, he took a few minutes and worked out how to convert the file and minutes later I was able to walk out with my bound copy.
Duke went above and beyond on this day, and should be absolutely commended by management.

We would love to pass on our HUGE thank you to Bella at the Officeworks store who went above and beyond her job description last night to help my fiance and I print our party thank you's and save the dates for our up coming wedding. She was just an absolute delight to deal with and although the store was extremely busy she stayed calm, professional and so polite to every single customer. She is a credit to you as an employee as we couldn't have had a more perfect experience in-store! Thanks so much Bella :)
