Goondiwindi Motel

Owner was extremely helpful, enjoyed a chat and was very knowledgeable. The room was clean, and large for a motel room. Pool was awesome, children loved the slide. Overall would stop again.

For a family room, it exceeded our expectations. Pool with a slide for the kids and a quiet, safe, clean and spacious room. So helpful with our late check in. Would recommend.

Well firstly. Tania was great to deal with over the phone. Booking was very easy and simple. Sent through details via text message that I needed to know when I get there, as late check in. I arrived, got my key and they had drawn a map with my key as to where my room is and how to get to it which I thought was great as I had just driven 11hrs to get there and made it so much easier. First impressions of the room, neat and tidy. I unpacked and headed straight for the kettle to make a cup of noodles. Cutlery available? Yes thank goodness as I had forgotten a fork! I popped the heater on, went into the bathroom and had a shower. Pretty decent shower pressure, free toiletries & fresh linen, nothing to complain about! When I whipped back the covers on the bed I had noticed there was a mink blanket! That was the finishing touch for me. That made it feel so homely. One of the better sleeps I've had at a motel. Also to note the added security on the door as well as the gate locked hours. Definitely made me feel secure and safe inside the motel.
Great services here and thank you for your hospitality. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were fine and staff nice. Bit of an place though with a strange security set up. Made us feel a bit uncomfortable with the lengths the owner wanted to secure the property. Will stay a bit closer to town next time.

This is the second time we have booked the Goondiwindi Motel and we are very happy. The booking process is seamless and the staff/owners are so accomodating for our little family. It’s a neat, clean and has everything you need and expect for a motel - and more. We are travelling to the Sunny Coast (all the way from Mildura) and it’s been the perfect stop over - which we will now continue to book here for our annual trips because the service is great. Good service really does go a long way.

The room was clean & comfortable. The service was excellent and staff really friendly and obliging. The pool was perfect for a cool down after a hot day! I will definitely stay here next time I’m in town. 🙏

Great restaurant. Very friendly staff that are happy to cater for your needs. Very well presented tables for a family party. Great atmosphere. A massive variety and number of meals to choose from. Staff where at all time patient and happy. Couldn't fault the place well done to the owners.

We had a great stay for The Hell of the West Triathlon. Great welcoming service, room was exactly as we expected, clean and well presented. Air conditioning was appreciated. Mini fridge with tea a coffee facilities in room. A small microwave would be appreciated. I left my pillow behind and it wasn't a problem to have it posted back. Great Service. We have booked again for next year. Wes.

A great drive up motel. The motel has gone under some renovations and it’s looking great. The management team is very helpful.

I stayed at Goondiwindi Motel for 4 nights last week. The rooms are spacious and clean, and meals were beautifully made. I think it's great value for money and Sally and Andrew are lovely hosts.

Having the shady central area with a pool and barbecue is a lovely part also.

Cheapest in town on the night we stayed.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
There is a licensed restaurant at the front which served great food at very reasonable prices.
There is a pool onsite and they serve breakfast to order.
Highly recommended.

We stayed here one night and it was good enough for us, as we were just going thru town to get to our next destination so was a nice quick stopover before the next leg of our trip :)
Would've been nice to have the restaurant open for dinner so we didn't have to drive around to the shops looking for food but otherwise we'd be more than happy to recommend this place to others in future for sure!

Great value for money, comfortable little rooms and beds. Great restaurant and friendly staff, answered all questions and quickly fixed any problems. Refreshing pool and fun slide for my 12 year old nephew. Definitely worth a look if you are staying in Goondiwindi!

Great host made us very welcome cooked a great feed for us and the kids at a very reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone going through gundy in need of a good feed and sleep to call in won't be disappointed.
