Stopped in for fuel on Saturday on my way home to Brisbane from Orange.

Was served by the loveliest, most friendly guy called "Dan" who struck up a conversation and added a lovely interaction to an otherwise long dreary journey.

Thanks Dan for going out of your way to provide excellent friendly customer service! You are a real asset to that business.

I stop here a lot and find the staff not very friendly. It's rare to get a hello or a smile. I'm only getting fuel and a coffee so it doesn't matter too me but compared to other shell service stations, this one stands out for the wrong reasons.

Pretty ordinary, not much here these days. A good place to park overnight for your ten hours rest, not as busy as the others. Showers are ok, except there's nowhere to put your stuff ie: no hooks, shelves etc. Apparently the old restaurant has been privately bought and is going to be completely refurbished and opened up again. That'll be a big plus.

What a disgusting dirty place … garbage everywhere, falling out of the bins , dirty toilets no soap, bins overflowing .. don’t you check this Cole’s … never again it’s the pits

Disgusting. It is rare to find such a filthy mess of a store and toilets. Coles lift your game. Perhaps a change your staff to those that have more pride in the store may be appropriate. Avoid!!!

Dirtiest place I've ever been. It's filthy from top to bottom. The floor in the Cafe looks like it's never been washed
