I have purchased a number of pieces of fine gold jewellery from Harry & Kit this year as gifts. It has been a very easy process with prompt communication re delivery & any questions I had, responded to in good time. All of the pieces are true to the website images. I have been very happy with my choices as have the recipients. Just a shame I live too far away to drop into the shop itself to see what else is on offer.

I recently purchased the State of Embrace Gathered Maxi Dress | Secret Garden from Harry and Kit. The dress is absolutely gorgeous and I have received compliments every time I wear it. Most importantly, being a country girl and now living in Adelaide, I have loved supporting a small rural family business - wonderful website, prompt delivery and beautiful products.

Everything about Harry and Kit is quality and professionalism. I have bought 2 dresses from the store, and in both cases, have loved their unique fabric and design- its also nice to be on the receiving end of many compliments when I wear them. Furthermore, Lil couldn't be more helpful in expediting the delivery of her store items, especially when receipt of purchases needs to be timely, as in, for a particular occasion.

I recently purchased a bar stool off Lil from Harry and Kit. To summarise the experience it simply was exceptional customer service. All questions were answered quickly, more details were supplied - Lil was honest and transparent to deal with. I wasn’t able to inspect the product prior to purchase as I live 2hrs from the actual store - so I was reliant on pictures and Lil’s description. The product itself is well made and unbelievably, better in real life than pictures supplied! High quality, well finished and was exactly what I was after. The best part was the flexibility offered in the transaction and suggestion to custom make to my requirements, if what she had in stock didn’t meet my needs. Lil made the whole experience so easy and thanks to her quick thinking and contacts, she was actually able to arrange a drop off of the stool which meant super quick delivery. Harry and Kits willingness to go the extra mile for their customers is evident, their products classic, stylish and well made. I can’t wait to visit the store in person but am also equally confident in future purchases online!
