I recently did a photoshoot in Sunshine Lane & not only was the experience incredible but the artists and organiser are amazing to work with. Dean who oversees the work done in the laneway, helped me with tagging and welcomed my crew & I with open arms. The artists creating on the day couldn’t have been more accomodating & the artwork they produced was incredible. I reached out to all the artists online to share my photographs to which they were super supportive :)

Sunshine Lane is a hidden gem in Brunswick, where you can find some of the most amazing murals and graffiti in Melbourne. The lane is curated by Dean Sunshine, a street art lover and owner of Rathdowne Fabrics, who invites local and international artists to showcase their talents on his warehouses.

The result is a stunning display of colours, styles, and themes, ranging from pop culture to political commentary, from abstract to realistic, from whimsical to provocative. Definitely on par with street art from my overseas travels.

Sunshine Lane is a must-see for anyone who appreciates art and culture, and wants to discover a different side of Melbourne.

I pass by this Brunswick lane all the time and the streetart is just awesome - I reckon this could be one of the best spots for streetart and quality graffiti in Melbourne!

Where the backs of buildings are generally pretty dull you get a nice surprise with some awesome street art

Sunshine Lane is probably one of Melbourne’s best kept secrets. So much amazing street art in one place! I love coming here and checking out the new pieces. Would recommend to everyone!

Microcosm of the essence of Melbourne Street Art. These lanes are an out door gallery for works of some of the most recognised local and international artists. There is always a treasure to discover around the next corner..in a high spot ..or maybe right before your eyes if you study hard enough

I have been watching the evolution of this alley over the last 6 years, visiting it often to see new pieces go up. It's truely an inspirational spot for Melbourne street art and should not be missed.

I’ve been running food tours in the area & a highlight is DEFINTELY Sunshine Lane. People love the art & the stories behind the pieces but most of all love hearing about how & why this laneway came into existence. Plus there’s amazing food in the area too so it’s absolutely worth a visit!
