This particular Petbarn is very well stocked and the staff that work here are knowledgeable and supportive. Asking a bunch of questions and you'll always receive honest and critical advice. We'll done guys.

My friend and I came in today to get some bits for her goldfish who seemed a bit sad. Liam was extremely helpful and patient with our indecisiveness. He had a great knowledge of fish, the jelly fish ornament and bubbler we got has made dudley the goldfish very happy! Thank you Liam :)

Excellent grooming! Dogs are not caged while they wait. They get to run around in a safe area and play. The groomer is super patient and really loves dogs. The store has lots of good sales and toys to keep your pets happy :)

Petbarn Richmond is a fantastical place filled with fantastic people!! The staff are absolute legends and will make you and your furry friend fill very welcome! 10/10 much good. Look it's a pet store, ofc it's good, I'm just writing this review so I get level four review status....

Really convenient instant delivery on online orders. Box provided slightly bigger than needed for my order, which was greatly appreciated by my box-loving cat.

Nice sized store, convenient parking. The main reason for my 5 star rating is Maddi. She was amazing making recommendations and price matching for me. Even gave me a new puppy pack which I had no idea about.
