Good selection of sale. Beautiful pieces & lovely customer service. I enjoyed spending money here :) . But I have to be honest about the changing room curtain, not privacy at all. I feel very uncomfortable, worrying other people might accidentally seeing because the gaps are too big. Hope they will install doors in the future.

I saw there were some mixed comments before visiting this outlet and wanted to weigh in. I had a great experience here and bought two beautiful dresses, which in all honesty were a steal! The staff were great too - really friendly and helpful; they gave me the space and freedom to browse and were there to take garments to the dressing rooms when my arms were getting full and also check for other sizes when requested. If I lived in Melbourne, I’d absolutely go back.

It's was expensive but then again it's Zimmerman, great cloths and service was great especially especially a new staff member young girl with a Greek background, she was very well spoken and made you feel comfortable.

I recently visited the ZIMMERMANN outlet and had an excellent shopping experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my entire visit. They were quick to greet me when I arrived and offered assistance with anything I needed.

As I was browsing through the store, I found a few pieces that I wanted to try on. The staff directed me to the fitting rooms and offered to bring me any additional sizes or styles that I might need. While I was trying on some clothes, I realized that I had lost my bracelet. I was really upset about it, but the staff were so attentive and helpful that they found it for me!

I was really impressed by the level of care and attention that the staff gave me during my visit. They went out of their way to make sure that I had a positive shopping experience. Even when I had trouble deciding on which pieces to purchase, they were patient and helpful in offering their advice and opinions.

In addition to the great customer service, the selection of clothing at the ZIMMERMANN outlet was fantastic. They had a wide variety of styles and sizes available, so I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the clothing was also top-notch, which made it well worth the price.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the ZIMMERMANN outlet. The staff were helpful and friendly, the selection of clothing was great, and the quality was excellent. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great shopping experience!

Shoutout to the staff who are professional and friendly with their service! The dress we tried on had small damage that we didnt notice, but the staff saw it and changed it out for another one for us. Some good deals to be found as well at a good discount to rrp

Aww where can I start love love love is all I got .. found three items , the price of one item from the main shop who cares if it’s out seasoned … so so so happy with my purchases I’ll definitely make it a point to visit more often !!

Genuinely such a good experience. I wanted to buy a pair of pants and neither the workers nor i could find the ones in my size despite the system saying they did. We left and one of the employees called out to me as I was down the street and I went back because she had found them. I REALLY wanted those pants and im so glad she came outside to tell me 😌

They also helped connect me with the sydney store which had the playsuit i wanted.

I loved the display of the clothes. It was very easy to browse around. The prices had a good discount as well. Limited sizes but that is something you expect from an outlet.

Super nice helpful service as you would get at any Zimmermann store. Lots of stock and at good prices. Just don’t look at clothes you’ve previously bought and see how much they’re selling at now!!
