Firstly, what a lovely collection of dresses and outfits for the mature women. Absolutely gorgeous and as the name suggests, every dress is 'elegant'. It was so easy to get to - getting off at Easy Richmond train station, walking up the ramp and there it was.
From the first phone call, my mother had a great feeling about the business and the ladies who worked there.
Maree and Susan were extremely helpful and had an authentic non-judgemental nature about them. They provided their honest opinion in a kind and constructive way which was appreciated.
The business had a great selection of dresses and outfits, and Maree and Susan were never annoyed to collect the right size or allow my mother to try on as many dresses as she liked. We were grateful for their styling suggestions and allowed my mother to dress up the whole outfit - bag, shoes and all. Maree and Susan provided dress suggestions that you would have never thought of trying on and ended up adoring them.
We cannot rate this business high enough and my mother and I walked away having an enjoyable time and memorable experience.

This wasn’t an experience that I was looking forward to, a hard to fit body and trying to find something to make me feel confident at a wedding. We were greeted by Maree and she made it such a positive experience. So many options! So many colours and styles! We flew down from Sydney to visit this store and would do it again in a heartbeat. We walked out with a perfect dress that I actually loved, rather than having to buy the only option. Definitely visit Ever Elegant if you are in the area, or make a dedicated pilgrimage - you won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding service! They couldn’t have made mum feel more comfortable with the entire process of picking a gown for my brothers wedding. They have a keen eye, a great selection and were just soo friendly and helpful!

What an amazing experience. I started my Mother of the Groom shopping at Ever Elegant (Richmond). The consultants were patient, professional, helpful and honest. No ‘sales push’, just guidance. About 20 dresses later and not one rolled eyeball to be seen and I walked out 100% confident in my choice which included a hat! Picked up the outfit yesterday after a small alteration and it is absolutely perfect.

Highly recommended! This store has amazing dresses for any occasion. I shopped there for mother of the Groom and had a seamless experience with down to earth Ladies serving me that I could relate to. I was dreading going shopping as I am a larger lady and they made me feel very confident. I left the shop with an outfit and I LOVE it! I never thought I would say I loved an outfit! Thank you Ladies so much! It was a wonderful experience.

My daughter suggested we go to Ever Elegant in Richmond to shop for a mother of the bride outfit for myself. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Maree. There were so many amazing quality dresses I didn’t know where to start. Beautiful satin, lace and designs I’d never seen before. Within an hour I had chosen a number of outfits to try, which I could of purchased. The dress I loved was not available in my size and it was a bit tight. The amazing Helena made on the spot alterations to make it fit me perfectly. My grateful thanks go to her for her skill over such a short period of time. I want to also thank Maree for her undivided attention from start to finish. I would recommend Ever Elegant to anyone who is in need of a beautiful special occasion outfit combined with second to none service.

My daughter is getting married and l needed a dress. Could not find one until l went to Ever Elegant which is what there dresses are. Being
a big person they had some very lovely dresses.

I have recently purchased a beautiful outfit to wear to my son's wedding in a few weeks. I travelled from interstate to vist in the hope that I would find something to fit. I should not have worried. I was met with smiling faces , no pushing, just a smooth transition into looking and feeling amazing. I actually shed a few tears I was so overwhelmed. Despite going w/o apt they attended to my needs and I was able to buy 2 beautiful dresses , hat and bag for my son's wedding , they were busy both of them gorgeous Helena and maree with other customer but they are very experienced and conected , they are serving from their hearts , with passion . They were able to serve me too with nice spirit , and was out of there fast.

I have made 2 visits to this delightful little boutique and have, on each occasion, had a happy experience. If you are looking for "same as same as" then visit David Jones type stores ... on the other hand if you prefer a more individual experience then I thoroughly recommend. The staff were helpful, the dresses that i was interested in were gorgeous and after ordering one, I am very much looking forward to going back to collect it. Thank you ...
