Basil & Ivy - Carlton North (relocated to Fitzroy North)

I honestly couldn’t be happier with all the plants, pots and accessories that the team at Basil & Ivy have recommended to me. They are all so knowledgeable and helpful, the plants are always so fresh and happy and there are fun, quirky things in-store that are great gifts. I love taking the time out of my day to go browse and pick up a new plant friend… but you can also buy from their online store and arrange click and collect… great in these pandemic times.

Picked up some last minute Xmas gifts - so many cool well priced things to choose from! Service was delightful too, highly recommend.

Really cute shop, great products and good prices. Staff were wonderful and knew everything about keeping and maintaining the plants they sell.

Very disappointed as we saw so many good reviews but we had an extremely poor online shopping experience where 2 items we ordered were not available which is fine but not only did they refund us incorrectly, they also didn't send 2 other items we bloody paid for. (All the items are for my sick mother as a late birthday pressie so we were really annoyed when she opened up the box and the gardening items she needed weren't even there.) Then when we contacted them they went dead quiet so we had to go through PayPal's Resolution Centre.

It felt like they genuinely didn't care because Christmas was around the corner and they just wanted to make a quick buck.
