Not very communicative. It took 1 month to repair my laptop and I had to stop by three times to get any updates. They quoted me on my repair and when my laptop was ready they added another $40 to the quote. Would not recommend.

Terrible service- said they could replace the broken glass on my apple watch, but replaced the entire screen with an inferior replacement which resulted in battery drain on my watch meaning it lasted max 3 hours before running out of power (previously had no issue lasting the day.) When followed up about the poor quality of work (and un-usable watch!) they stopped communicating with me. $180 down the drain. Recommend taking your phones/ watches elsewhere for repair!
