Westpac Branch Ringwood

Kerry is by far one of the best customer service people out there. Easy to talk to, very helpful and quick to the information I needed. Twice now I have dealt with her and both times were a pleasure. Thank you so much Kerry, you made my visit very easy.

This bank doesn't accepts any Responsibility after 10 years being their customer I got scammed because of their poor service and system. Amount of $1900 deposited to my bank account through a blank Bendigo bank cheque . I don't care money comes and goes but the way the followed my matter 😏 also they offered me good will Amount of $300 for what? My lose that you didn't accept it's your fault? Never received it anyway....

Two tellers run off to the back when I arrive.. 15min wait with 1 person infront of me being served.. what a joke

Unfortunately the service at this branch is very inconsistent. Tried to arrange to lodge a term deposit on Saturday, was told they couldn't because of staff shortage. Ended up going to a nearby bank. This is not the first time of unsatisfactory customer service at this branch

I came in to drop off a deposit around 2:30 this afternoon and was served by a female teller with glasses. She was unfriendly and very reluctant to deposit my money stating I needed to go back to the branch I had setup my account at. I have deposited at various different westpac branches before and NEVER been informed this. Worst experience ever!

Staff here have no idea what they are doing, no supervision at all. i was told by a new employee that my sister from overseas will need to call to unblock the account. After calling 10 times from overseas we realised that i have the power to unblock the account as an authorised person and it was done in 30 minutes at another branch. wasted 200 dollars of our money for making us calling from overseas. avoid this branch

Says that you are open Saturday. However at 11am Saturday you are closed. Thank you for wasting my time, as per usual.

Westpac's 132032 number has a recorded voice stating "we are here to help" followed later with the statement "putting you through now" before immediatly cutting me off with the engaged signal. This has happened three times out of three tries. Clearly, someone is not there to help.

After waited in the line for an ID verification, the teller told me to wait for Helen who manages with accounts. After a few minutes, the teller handed me her business card, told me to make an appointment with her and go back again as she has to go for lunch. Seriously?! I was with my toddler and carrying a baby, you cant do a simple ID verification which I have opened an account myself online. Westpac, clearly you have to improve your customer service.

Staff here does not know what they are doing! To open one bank account, I am dragged to the bank twice to identify myself. Should be done when I first visit!
