We had our unit built by Diamond Villa 5 years ago. The workmanship is excellent. We paid in instalments as each stage was completed

Yes there were delays admittedly but we and others that come to visit are impressed with the quality of the build.

I am so sorry to hear that so many are having issues recently.

It must be so stressful and heartbreaking not being able to fulfil your dreams.

BEWARE: 0 STARS. Keep your distance from Diamond Villa Homes or now known as DVH Pty Ltd (2017) and now could be under a new business name. Lies, lies and more lies.
Good on you Sam and Tony for such a heartbreaking and traumatic experience.
We paid a lot for delivery because they were under liquidation, while still operational in their new location in Werribee, ( which we were not told about). We had to quickly get it out of their Keilor East factory which was locked up by owner because they didn’t pay their rent and these two photos are some of the unfinished projects we in countered.
So much more happened while dealing with this frauds.

We would not recommend Diamond Villa Homes to our worst enemy! We are having huge trouble with diamond villa homes after being promised out 1 bed unit would take 6-8 weeks from deposit ...its now been over 15mths and and a fortnight ago we were delivered a unfinished and very badly damaged unit missing all the doors, appliances and still not connected to any utilities. We have had no contact with the company after repeted text, emails and phone calls.
We now are in contact with 2 other disgruntled customers we are looking at further legal action as a group. Do not belive a word that comes out of Sam or Carmel's mouth we have been told nothing but lies, lies and more lies........this experience has torn our family apart.
We have been told that they might be going bust and sams phone has been disconnected and we think the landlord has changed the locks on them at werribee south ... if you are having trouble with Diamond Villa Homes i would love to hear from you and see if we can all help each.

This company tells you they can have your unit built and supplied in 12 weeks so far it’s been 6 months and they have only done a frame constant emails and phone calls and no response. They want to be paid yet they can’t even provide a quote for the extras that have been selected. It’s quicker to build an actual proper home then build with these guys. I am currently in contact with others who are still waiting for their units that started before us 12 months we are now seeking legal advice together as it has now become a joke.
