Great customer service and fantastic range of bikes. They shipped me in the exact bike I wanted from another store that had it in stock. There were a few problems getting it down here, but what makes excellent customer service is how you handle those problems and keeping the customer informed along the way. They were exemplary in doing this and I'm very happy with the bike. Thx Minh, Amelia, and Brent.. keep up the great work.

There is such a variety of bikes here, surely one to suit any buyer. We were served by Amelia on a Sunday. She was fantastic - very thorough, knowledgeable, took time to understand my needs and researched exactly what 99 bikes could offer. I will be coming back.

Just signed as a member with 99 Bikes, only cost $5.00 and already made substantial savings on a $160.00 transaction. Huge range of products to suite all budgets, staff very friendly and helpful. Great experience couldn't ask for anything more. Something worth noting, for those city bike commuters that get their bikes serviced periodically, the store is next to the Airport West tram route.

I had a click and collect to pick up. The store had already gone above and beyond with pricing to help rectify an online stock ordering fault outside their control. On arrival an incredibly minor blemish was pointed out to me and I was provided multiple options to rectify this issue.

I recently had my Giant TCR-SL serviced by Jervis and the crew. They were fast and thorough. The improvement in performance was clearly measurable, too.

Three rides later, I was hit by a motorist, and I took the bike straight back to the team to make sure everything was OK.

They provide bike assemble service at no extra cost. There is a membership options available to reduce the cost of bikes and other accessories.

I purchased my bike plus the care package in Bayswater . I have relocated to regional Victoria and when I received the email for my first service Airport West was my closest location. Easy to book in, friendly staff, understood my issues, fixed the problem and gave me helpful advice when I picked my bike up (I’m a first timer when it comes to road bikes). The team at Airport West are great…… wish 99 Bikes had a store in Castlemaine or Bendigo!

Excellent service by this store. Called prior to ordering a bike for C&C to confirm stock. Bike was set aside until I could collect later in the week. Pedals I ordered with the bike were fitted without even needing to ask.

When I collected the bike and bought some other stuff, Minh was the nicest and most helpful guy. Super friendly and talkative. Even helped me to the car with everything. Big thanks to Minh!

Took my bike for a service and chain replacement. Very quick turnaround at this extraordinary time, and I am surprised with the sparkling drive chain that returns! The gear shift is crisp and responsive! Can’t be happier!
