I live on Qld, and it took ages for my delivery, from how long I thought. But once I spoke with the guys down there, all good. Explained the situation. I had ordered Bud Lite and the shipment came in late to them. I spoke with John and he was brilliant. Said he'd get back to me and he did. And the order arrived exactly when he said. Perfect.

The best in customer service. John was awesome fixed a small issue same day by sending out a replacement, very prompt solution was impressed at the level of service seldom seen anymore with the larger retailers. Keep up the good work.

For Melbourne residents. The best service I've seen in a long time. Ordered end of business day, processed order in the morning and shipped goods same day by 1 p.m. Did not expect to have the goods so fast. Fantastic work, keep it up.

I'm a consumer of Bud Light beer (USA) and I was trying to locate it here in Australia, and that is when I came across these guys. Despite being based in Victoria, it was easy to arrange freight to Sydney. They are great to deal with. Highly recommended! Ask for John!

Great price on Imported Beers, also they have more verities than leading stores in Melbourne.
I found them by googling and placed an order online with in few hours it was ready for pick up.
Local Wear-house pick up is brilliant, saves money on postage and Insurance.
On pick up staff Dilara Yann was very helpful, and she did recommend great wines for a gift.
Her customer service was outstanding.

Aside from one small order hiccup a while ago I highly recommend this little bottle shop. Their prices especially the cases of Leffe which I buy and the courier price is excellent.
