McDonald's Heidelberg

Would have to be one of the best McDonald's I have ever been in. Hot food, quick friendly service and the restaurant was so clean.

Good food and great service but staff we re a little lacking on the customer service skills ...

Perfect soft serve swirl and generous amount of toppings - 10/10 🌟🌟🌟

Decent hot chocolate.

The space was pretty clean for a Maccas.

I don't know if I am wrong or something else. I ordered macchiato. According to my knowledge it is espresso mixed with milk . But I received only milk in cup !

Best maccas so far, great seating and decor, cleaner than most, lots of reading papers, service fast and great cso, amazingly all the staff worked so well. Loved having my cuppa here reading the paper

Who ever made my burger did a mint job, sorted me out on seasoning and the added tomato, especially considering how busy they were.

Went at 2am after my son was born and they made fresh chips, night shift team friendly and helpful.

Absolutely outstanding time for my sis and myself all because of Abbie. A lovely staff member that was very helpful and pleasant to us both. Thank you Abbie for making my sis smile whom I care for full time.. you are a real credit to the Owners of this Store and your family. Keep up the great job 🙏😊👊🏼😃 .. we really appreciate YOU

I felt like they didn't care that much that I was there they don't speak to you they wait for you to order tell you the price

I was there at midday on Monday (today) and that Big Mac was absolutely superb 👏 👌 best one I've had in yonks!

Only used drive through but girls were very friendly and helpful

Same like all other McDonald's. Nothing special nothing bad.

Very good service friendly staff members food was hot when received waiting time was not too bad. Recommended this store to other people.

Great place for a quick bite

There weren’t many people there so it was a perfect experience!

Ate a croissant on the run and did not feel too good after it and had to pull over because it felt like my body was cramping up on me. Was so awful as I was having a great day before that stop.

Clean and tidy Maccas. Food was as per usual and nicely tucked away from the busy Bell St. Recommend especially coming with kids as it's not crazy busy but steady.

Stopped for lunch and had a 10 piece nugget and a large frappe. Had to wait in line about 6 minutes before I was done with the drive thru. The ladies were both super friendly at both windows. The nuggets were very nasty and greasy like they had been sitting under the light all day...yuck! Frappe was awesome. Filled all the way to the top and had a nice amount of whipped cream and chocolate on top. Service very good but nuggets ...yuck

A little slow in the early mornings and the coffee is great about 99% of the time. But I am always greeted by lovely staff, the meals are always spot on and they still haven't gotten my order wrong to date.

The car park is a bit wonky and risky especially if you're turning onto the main road, there are also a few spots where there should be clearly marked pedestrian walkways. But these 5 stars aren't for the car park, they're for the staff who are pretty much always on top of their game and making great product with a smile!
