Top service! New to the area, I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon with a Di2 and separate cadence sensor issue. I fully expected to leave my bike and collect it during the week, however Tim spent 20 mins with me troubleshooting the problems. Not only did he manage to solve both problems, I was only charged $10 for the cost of a battery. Love the quality of service and genuine interest these guys took to get me back on the road. I think I just found my new local bike shop!

I dropped my bike on right side derailleur hanger on a Sunday. Got it to Ivanhoe Heidelberg Heights. It took 30 minutes and all fixed. An amazing service from Brian?? I believe.

Have bought the whole family bikes from Ivanhoe Cycles, and just went back to invest in a serious road bike for myself. The range is huge and the staff are really helpful. Tim Price in particular went over and above talking me through the options, what they meant for me in the real world and what was going to meet my needs while being the best value. He guided me through things I didn’t know to think about and sure enough they proved to be true. I got an excellent fit done by Manish which made a huge difference. All in all they are professional, friendly and know their stuff.

Some weeks ago ( apologies for the late review) , I needed a tool to remove a part from my bike to do a one off job , I was going to buy the correct tool for this one time use job , I asked one of the young mechanics at ivanhoe cycles if he could point out the tool to buy , he took it into the workshop and took the part off for me in a couple of minutes and saved me buying a one use tool.
Absolutely made my day , thanks Boy.

I recently purchased a new Giant e-bike from Ivanhoe Cycles Megastore. The bike was great, but the dropper post wasn’t overly responsive, so I asked Ivanhoe Cycles to order a more expensive high end replacement for me that I was happy to pay for. The new dropper post was delivered to Ivanhoe Cycles and I brought my bike in to have it installed. The bike mechanic then contacted me shortly afterwards to advise that he was able to adjust my current dropper post to get excellent performance out of it, I came in and tested it and he was absolutely correct. He did this free of charge and took back the new dropper post I had ordered, saving me a whopper $800 in the process. If that ain’t great service then I don’t know what is. Well done Ivanhoe Cycles, you have me as a customer for life.

Ive always had good experiences here, but this one stood out. I called ahead looking for new tyres for my bike, and was told I would be able to get tyres installed within 48hours. I came in and saw Michael one of the mechanics, he was extremely helpful and friendly gave off some good positive vibes. he was actually able to fit my new tyres in under 20 minutes aswell, great service very impressed, thanks again Michael you weapon!

Dropped in my bike with the an issue that proved a little more complex - Boyd solved the problem without any fuss, managing other clients who came in progressively, like a boss. He was patient and polite throughout it all - and did a great job, so many thanks Boyd - will recommend definitely.

On the 31st of December the pads on my TT bike broke off while riding and I had a race on on the 4th of January. I turned up 50 minutes before closing time and Tim and the team at the workshop fit in a quick fix. Absolutely saved my bacon.

In the past, I've had only good experience with the workshop team. The prices are reasonable and the solutions pragmatic. Good job!

Huge thank you to the service team at Ivanhoe Cycles! My husband’s bike had a problem with the tyre. They looked at it straight away and were able to repair it on the spot for $35. They were super helpful and efficient. I know nothing about bikes so really appreciated their honesty and knowledge. I went home and got the other tyre for them to assess and they fixed the same issue for free. Thanks guys, we will be back!

Really appreciated the time taken to explain the type of service needed for my newly bought second hand bike. Excellent service and it it well worth the further travel for me. Staff are informed and great to deal with. Very happy customer!

Late last year I reached out to Manish and the team at the Heidelburg store regarding an issue with my Quarq Power Meter. They arranged for the warranty claim to be assessed in a very prompt and professional manner. I've been an Ivanhoe Cycles customer for 6 or so years and followed Manaish from Hallam to Heidelburg head office. His knowledge and professionalism is 2nd to none. Really appreciate going above and beyond mate. A special mention to Michael in the workshop who also assisted while I waited - he even suggested a great pie shop up the road while he worked on my bike.

Have been to others stores to be told it's your tyre, here you can buy a new one and that will fix it, well it didn't!
Walked into the Heidelberg Heights store and was served by Boyd, he had a quick look and said it was the tyre not being seated correctly, tried a couple of things and I walked a happy customer!

Great experience at Heidelberg store repair shop. I got a lube service done and they fixed even little creaky noises came from the luggage rack. Good as new and thanks service team. Definitely recommend...

I recently had a very positive experience at Ivanhoe Cycles MS, the team were very supportive managing an item I had incorrectly purchased. It was old school customer service. Shout-out to Damien for his efforts. Will also be returning here for my cycling needs.

I lost a very small cir-clip from the front of a Canyon bike I took it to two other bike shops looking for a replacement but was quickly sent away both times.

At Ivanhoe Cycles, I was served by a young bloke in their service department called Mohammed. He was polite, friendly and competent. He fiddled around and found the right bit and put it on. It took him 5-10mins because he wanted to make sure it fit perfectly. He didn’t charge, despite the time spent.

I highly recommend. It’s unusual these days that businesses prioritise customer service over their own interests.

You listened to our needs helped with genuine guidance and were able to help us but many bike accessories like phone holder, bike top, side mirror, bag. The Ebikes we bought were top notch and well made. With so many ebikes to pick from we got great advice. We recommend Ivanhoe cycles!

Awesome customer service! Saj and Tim were very helpful and knowledgeable. Came in for a new bike and a second set of wheels with all new components. Fitted all on the spot, very quick and efficient service. Explained everything and gave their best price. Definitely recommend this store!
