Hi con I canceled my service 2 weeks ago I still haven’t heard nothing fro u in regards to my refund process very unprofessional mate can u call or email me please I’ve been trying days to get in touch with u but no hope

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Customer support is almost non-existent. When I finally got hold of someone and discussed a refund I was told I just had to reply to their email with my bank details and they would process it with in the week. It has been almost a month and have received no refund nor can I get I contact with anybody. They say to open a support ticket but that doesn't get a response either.

Really poor company and I would avoid unless absolutely necessary.

We purchased the unit from globeTv in Preston. The unit was on a 3 year plan. We had a look at the channel list and we were happy until main channels where cancelled within a year.
I spoke with GlobeTv in Preston and they said to me to "speak to there supplier in America as there is nothing we can do". I purchased the unit from GlobeTv store in Preston, not sure why i must contact America. Poor Service and faulty unit. The unit constantly needs an update constantly stating.

A very dodgy 'company'. I bought a renewal subscription for my ZAAPTV HD509. The streaming of the device was terrible and I could not watch any channels. The customer support gave no support at all. They refused to give me my money back or even to upgrade to a newer device. Stay away from this place by all means and do not waste your money. I learned it the hard way and this cost me $290. I wish there was a zero star for rating.

When you become the face of a product i.e. ZAAP TV make sure you are prepared to answer questions about the product you are selling!! Dont bother buying Zaap TV from this company there answer will be contact ZAAP via email if you have any issues. Poor Customer Service!! Poor Product Disclosure!

The customer service support is disgusting. Do not use this company. No help whatsoever. The phone number and chat are a joke, there is no one there to help you. Even drove out to the head office to complain and it was shut. Horrific. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
