Moe, from Preston shoe grab was a great staff member who helped me out with a particular shoe that I wanted. He went to great lengths to find the right shoe for my partner. And assured me if my partner is not happy with them he could change them.
He went above and beyond, will definitely come back to get more things. Excellent customer service.

What a hidden gem!! Located in Preston, so glad to have found it, will definitely be heading back. Staff were really friendly, couldn’t have asked for a better experience, with a wide variety of shoes, selling shoe display boxes for a great price with the place itself being fresh and clean just like a fresh pair of kicks. Would definitely recommend giving it a look.

Vinny and his team are elite when it comes to customer care. I’ve been in the country for no less than 3 weeks and I can safely say this is my go to for shoes/sneakers. The kind lady who served me at the cashier was also an absolute credit to their team offering fantastic service. What a great experience I had today. The staff were so welcoming and lovely and really looked after us. They even helped me carry the bags and boxes out to the car , and stayed back because I was so indecisive and took long to choose. Anna was so helpful with sizes and giving her honest thoughts on what suited me best. She was so patient and helpful. Definitely recommend going and checking out the amazing stock they have 👌🏽

Have been wanting to check out ShoeGrab for a while now and it did not disappoint! HUGE range of sneakers, awesome space with a fun playlist to match.
