Highly recommended! Five star is an understatement. Last weekend, we hired snow chains, toboggans, pants and boots, all very clean. We were a group of 6, and everyone in the shop was very accommodating and they made sure we got our sizes right. Never felt rushed like in other shops. Very kind staff, even gave us tips for the trip. The shop looked neat and organised too. Will definitely hire again from them! Best in town!

Scott and the crew at both the hub and the new store up at falls are all AWESOME. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. 3rd time renting from them and not the last! I’m suspicious of the negative reviews because I wouldn’t go anywhere else - highly recommend!

Bought snow chains at considerably cheaper than other stores. Scott chased up other Snow Monkey stores and organised new chain delivery to Hotham and giving us hire chains to get up the hill, great knowledge and service.

Much better price than most of the store, we hire the snow chain for 3 days but they only charge us for 2 days for $48, staff is very professional, friendly and efficient, highly recommend!
