Red Ramia Trading

Very beautiful store with lots of home wares, decorative and vintage items from across the world at good prices. It is connected to cafe Fez on Alpine road in Myrtleford.

I have seen this place from around year 1 of opening, to whats nearly 20+ years later.
I Haven't been here for around 10 years, and wow, has it changed. I was so engrossed in all that Red Ramia has to offer the creative collector or the creative designer. There was such a huge array of affordable items that can be purchased. They specialise in many authentic stock from India, China, Turkey, and surrounds. There is just so much to spark your creative side and affordable prices on many items. I have attached some photos to give you an idea of the different items you can expect to see.

Accessibility: Right, so I went with a friend who used a pram it was tightish, especially when sharing the isles with others. And it was not hard for long, little, arms to reach out and grab items, so it would be like taking a mini bull into a china shop, so if you bring kids, by all means watch them, or you will be leaving with a good hole in your pocket.

But my suggestion would be to go for a date and enjoy kid free, and then when you're worn out from looking and probably spending, jump over to the cafe that looked amazing. It was busy so must be good, people seemed happy and food looked amazing.

The owners are amazing, very knowledgeable, and very approachable to ask about anything within the store.

Go and have a delightful day letting your eyes roam the store and the goods that are on offer and maybe go, with a budget in mind 😉

Great unique collection of interior/exterior decorative items. The attached cafe serves very good coffee and tea.

Visited Red Ramia Trading and stayed at Panoramia Villas and feasted at Cafe Fez Myrtleford in early 2021 between lock downs. All great experiences. Proceeded with a purchase from afar of an Indian Kadhai Fire Pit and received perfect service from the Ramia family. Great communication allowed selection and purchase then Regan followed through the transport links to spread the joy of visiting the Trading Co. thousands of km.

Excellent place with the most amazing stock. Especially love the magnificent doors. Definitely worth checking out.

Happened upon this gem by complete chance - wandering in felt like you were entering Aladdin's cave, transported to a different time and place.
Despite the sheer volume of products, the visual marketing is spectacular and everything is clean, well-presented and clearly labelled. You are told a story as you are logically led from one room to another.
The staff were lovely and we purchased a very well priced vintage chinoiserie vase.

A beautiful and inclusive place to be, staff are always friendly and accepting of anyone. The owner Red is a salt of the earth type and has created an amazing business over the years where you can find some wonderful and bizarre objects, its a museum in itself. This is a must visit when you are in the region. The attached cafe fez has some of the best food in town and does not discriminate in any way. I will keep coming back here, this is the way a business should be run in these modern times.

Eclectic, wonderous, eminently interesting. You never know what you may find here. It's like an Aladdin's cave. Always worth a browse.

Love this place. You can buy almost anything here... doors, furniture, garden ornaments, door handles, tagines and plates decorative pieces from Japan and Morocco, jewellery and clothes. Something for everyone. Also packets of old kimono fabrics and fabric from India which are perfect for patchwork. Cafe Fez is great for coffee and cake or Moroccan lunch. Delicious. Suggest check hours before you go or arrive in the morning or early afternoon as they close at 3 sometimes.

I wanted to leave a positive review because today I stuffed my order and they made me what I wanted anyway and offered free drinks as well because of the miscommunication. I didnt get to express my gratitude in store. It was a delicious meal and great turkish coffee. Additionally the gift shop is very interesting

What an amazing store! This is a hidden gem that everyone must check out. This is not your ordinary place and too difficult to describe. You won’t regret checking this out.

Cafe Fez at Red Ramia is my favourite place to eat in North East Victoria (so far!). Very delicious food and many GF options. Then we love to explore all the treasures in Red Ramia. Very worth the visit

A great find and must see. A huge building full to the brim with Asian artefacts. Everything from hand made ceramic bowls, door knobs, garden statues to silk kimonos and wonderful hand carved furniture. There is so much to see it’s a bit dazzling.
The cafe is warm and cosy also decked out with a Moroccan/ Indian vibe. As it was late afternoon we only had coffee and tea which was good and served by helpful staff.
I would certainly stop here again if traveling through.

Lovely store with beautiful artefacts from around the world and specially from India. It was good to see some relics from my home country being sold here. The attached cafe Fez serves amazing fare.

This is such an amazing place to visit do not miss it if you're in Myrtleford the cafe is excellent too, great food and coffee. I'm sure you will be surprised and pleased with everything about Red Ramia.
