I bought my Honda HRV hybrid two weeks ago from Essendon Honda. I was very happy with the entire purchasing experience. The delivery waiting time for my car was less than 3 weeks which was amazing. Josh and Rob were very attentive and easy to deal with also. I absolutely love my new car, the crystal red colour and the new exterior design! This is my third consecutive Honda car purchase. I find Honda's to be extremely reliable, sturdy and well built cars. My new car has more features than any other car I have ever had and I am absolutely loving them. The media screen is a perfect size and the sound system is crystal clear. It drives beautifully and the fuel efficiency has been great so far! Other features I love include the phone mirroring, the brake hold, the seat warmers, heated steering wheel, all the active safety features, adaptive cruise control, the middle area storage design is better and easier to access, the hands free boot control, the media and phone control and visibility on the dashboard and steering wheel is safer and avoids the need to always look at the media screen. Honda also sent me some excellent emails on "How to Use" videos for all of the major features, which is extremely helpful. Overall, I would recommend Essendon Honda and a Honda car for your next purchase.

I bought a new HR-V last month at Essendon Honda. If you are wondering if this is a good place to buy a car, then don't worry, just go and talk to people there. You will not regret. I spoke to some sales consultants at Toyota and Mazda (Essendon Fields) before heading to Essendon Honda, but I did not get the professional service I got from Essendon Honda. My wife Mary took delivery of a new Honda ZRV at Essendon Honda on 15 May 2024. This is the fifth vehicle we have purchased from Essendon Honda since the purchase of a Civic in 1985. Since then, we have had two Accord Euros, an HRV and now the ZRV. Mary is delighted with the new vehicle which replaced the HRV, now driven by our daughter. We have gravitated to Honda for their quality design and engineering, reliability, quiet sophistication, drive-ability, excellent sales and after-sales service. Having been in the market to replace my current Euro, I have visited Essendon Honda on several occasions since it opened in new premises on Keilor Road; the staff have always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I should especially mention Joshua Chu who facilitated the sale of the ZRV; nothing was a trouble for Joshua.
He acted in a most professional and friendly manner to my wife and I. Joshua shows a genuine love for his job, was enthusiastic, informative, patient, communicated thoroughly and was always timely. His senior executive Robert, was always on hand to add support to us as well. Thank you to both these gentlemen. After what was an unpleasant experience at another Honda Dealership, Essendon Honda exceeded all our expectations! Great Customer Service, amazing staff and not once did I feel like I was being pressured into making a deal. Christian the salesman was amazing and really looked after us.
