Benton's Finer Bathrooms

Benton's Finer Bathrooms in Heidelberg have provided exceptional customer service to me yet again. This time it is on a large renovation in Collingwood - I am delighted with all the products that I have used sourced from Benton's. All top quality in form and function. All the staff members are professional, friendly, provide excellent customer service and have outstanding product knowledge. Haven't finished this one yet but will be using you again next time. How wonderful Len at Heidelberg Benton's was today. I went in to purchase hopefully a bathroom plug insert (the plug top was jamming and not releasing) As it is 12 years old a replacement part not available would need to spend a bit of money on whole plug insert etc etc. Len offered to clean the part I showed him, he very patiently took the part apart and cleaned out the 12 years of gunk!!!! Well, guess what the insert was working again like new!!!!! No need to throw away and purchase anything!!! Thankyou Len for your patience and caring of the environment too. A happy experience in these days of sometimes gloom, gloom

Located just downhill from the railway overpass and the Austin Mega Hospital on EXTREMELY busy Burgundy Street in Heidelberg Benton's is focused more on the trade customer, builders, plumber's etc. There is very limited off Street parking behind the store, entered via a one way driveway off Burgundy Street. It's almost impossible to find any parking on Burgundy Street at any time that shops are open. They have a showroom with all sorts of Bathroom, Toilet and Shower fittings on display. Whenever I've been in the showroom staff have been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. At the rear of the store is the trade section and it's really handy if you are looking at Bathroom fittings for example and need info on fitting, compatibility etc, they can help immediately and have accessories and parts readily available, even if you end up using a plumber. Trade staff at the counter are fantastic and their knowledge and experience when needing the odd spare part or fitting is invaluable. Beats faffing around at Bunnings for ages. And I've actually found a fair few items I've bought there quite a bit cheaper than at Bunnings!

My Father and Mother went to your store yesterday and spoke with Aileen about a new bathroom and were very impressed with Aileen's knowledge and willingness to help. She answered all their questions and made some great suggestions on how best to use their space. Great customer service.

Great showroom. The customer service woman was lovely taking lots of time to explain everything to me (a very inexperienced renovator). Highly recommend.

She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and contacted the supplier to ask the tricky questions that no-one else new the answers to regarding weight etc. Christine will be my go to for anything I need at Benton's! I went in this shop on Saturday to try to order a mirror for our bathroom. The one i really like in the store doesn't have the right size. The lady at the reception gave me two brochures saying I can pick the mirror I want and they could place order for me. I went home and did my measurement & research , I called them up on next business day to place an order. The same lady who gave me the brochures answered my phone, but she had no idea which one I was talking about after I told her the item number and the page number of the brochure. Apparently the brochures she gave to me is 2017 outdated version, and they only kept 2018 brochures in store. In the end, I couldn't order the one I wanted from the brochures she gave to me as it was discontinued and she advised me to look for from other shops/websites. What a waste of time.
