Great store and terrific service. My MacAir screen broke; and they were able to replace it within an hour or so; at way less then what was being quoted by an Apple store. Their service is excellent; and I now buy all parts/charging cords from this store. Highly recommend the Hawthorn team/store.

My 9 year old MAC book pro graphic card stopped responding. Took to Apple Store, they suggested I would be better off buying a new MacBook then to repair.
Spoke to Neil over the phone and he diagnosed the issue, brought it to him and got my repair completed in 2 days at $350.
Highly recommended for any Apple related issues.

Neil and the team dispel the myth that you can only have two of: fast - cheap - good. My experience was: A day turnaround to have a laptop battery fitted - half the price of other quotes - no issues. Accompanied by clear, concise and friendly technical advice, they also set a high standard in customer service.

Brought my 9yo MacBook Pro in due to software upgrade issues and crashing. They fixed it within 24 hours, did the upgrade and all files retained. Quick turnaround, reasonably priced, great service and advice. Definitely a better alternative than the Apple Genius Bar. Highly recommended

Service was great. Took my phone for a simple fix, was not charged at all (job took longer than they expected). Was quoted $29 for the same fix at another business. Experimac Hawthorn have definitely earned my business for any future technical issues.

Sold my macbook air here and had a good deal. At first I was hesitant to sell my item as I thought they will find whatever small issues to lower down their offer but Neil was trustworthy and fair. I highly recommend this place.

Brought my 2018 MacBook Pro in for a battery replacement. Competitive pricing and took a day to finish the job. Apple quoted me much more than here and going to take more than a week to do the job ...I didn't like the idea not able to work a week without laptop.

Phone screen repair went well. Unlike the previous shop I went to, this one gave me a proper OLED screen and applied the screen protector correctly.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone from Experimac and recently had a problem with the phone. In a few short hours they assessed the problem and even though it was past the warranty period they replaced the battery at no charge. I went to them on recommendation of good service and it paid off. They are the best.

I enjoyed discussing the reasons as to why I should by refurbished computer with Neil, the reality is computers can be expensive especially when you are setting up a new office. Something I loved learning from Neil was just how much money you can save by understanding your requirements and purchasing refurbished Mac’s, MacBooks and IPads. Not to mention our kids who seem to be fantastic at not appreciating the expense of these! So getting them refurbished MacBooks is a winner…

Customer service was great, price was competitive and very quick service

I recently got my MacBook Air 2011 battery replaced by them. They were very honest and told me straight away it is a vintage product and the parts they use is from a 3rd party manufacturer.

They also changed the battery in 20 mins and there is warranty for any service they did (in case something went wrong)
