Darn Cheap Fabrics

A large emporium with a wide variety of fabrics - but I was there for patchwork fabrics, and I wasn’t disappointed! I have lined be bottom of my suitcase ready to take back to the UK! Very helpful lady who kept my husband chatting while I browsed.

Had such an amazing experience at the store. It was my first time shopping for fabrics and i’m new to sewing so I didn’t really know what i needed or even what measurements to get but the staff were really friendly and helped me pick everything which made the experience much less stressful. They were super accommodating to my lack of knowledge on everything and so friendly to me. I wish i had a name to shoutout but the lady that served me was so so helpful thank you so much 🫶.

Ordered three fabrics on 9 September 2020. The purchase confirmation and tracking detail email were very prompt, as was delivery: on 14 September (admittedly didn't have far to go since I'm in greater Melbourne area). Well-packaged, and fabrics as per website description. A small practical gift included (thank you!). Very pleased. Would use again.

Very deceptive, small outside, big inside. Well worth the trip from the north-west for material I can not find in other big chain craft stores for the price they are selling for. Love it there even though I have been in once. Definitely going to make the most of the beach when I go there as well

Simply amazing array of fabrics. Evening, craft/quilting, everyday - linens , viscose, polyesters, knits, good range of haberdashery, trims and bridal. Biggest selection of trims, always something to find. Beautiful jeweled items too. One off fabrics and designer. 3 stores located across Melbourne. Superb, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wholesale available for particular customers with relevant ABN. I love this store/business!!!

The fabrics that I purchased were really good quality, the customer service was even more amazing. Each time I called to place an item on hold or ask a question the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. It was really worth the trip! 10/10 experience.

Large selection of fabrics at good prices at their physical store, both for knits and woven fabrics. Haven't had a chance to order online.
