ANZ Branch Eastland

Came here to certify some documents. Despite not having an appointment, we were squeezed in and seen promptly. Priya was very kind, helpful and efficient.

Friendly helpful staff clean and tidy didn't have to wait long to be served.

One of the best ANZ Bank branches. I visited this ANZ branch multiple of times for opening new account, and with friends. Best part about this bank is, it is just at the centre of Eastland and the customer service is just amazing, very friendly and supportive staff members. Further, ANZ bank has its product and service at a least nominal rate than any other bank. I suggest one should have an account in this ANZ branch.

Absolutely marvellous customer service. All 3 tellers busy caring for customers, but I had just arrived when the wonderful Stephanie came to help, took me to a desk. She could not have provided a higher level of service. She then took me to Claire who performed my transaction. Both staff members were exemplary in their professional approach, while managing to be friendly at the same time. I have never used this branch before, but will catch the train from Box Hill in future (don't misunderstand, they're pleasant, but always very busy). Thank you Staphanie & Claire, I wish there were more stars

Went there for opening a business account last week. We are impressed by the professional, friendly and efficient service provided by Camelia. She gave her card to us in case we need any further assistance. When we contact her today, Camelia replied email promptly. Really appreciate her help!

Went here to unfix my home loan, the guy was friendly but I was told no staff there can help me on this. I saw at least 7 to 8 staff in the branch but only the manager knows how to unfix a loan but he is going to attend a meeting so he cannot help..... Maybe unfixing a loan is a complicated task but I just think the branch staff can be more trained to help customers.

Good customer service - However, be careful when depositing cash. Teller asked what amount was being deposited, and then immediately proceeded to place the cash into the counter without hand counting. Then informed me that it was counted $400 short to the amount I had stated, and could not re-open the counter until the close of business to confirm the discrepancy.
