All the people I see complaining about not getting enough of the salespeoples attention: they get paid minimum wage to stock shelves and scan barcodes. If you want some commission-earning salesperson to pretend that you're important for 20 minutes, go to Harvey Norman, and pay the markup that approach inevitably comes with.
This is the kind of store you go into after researching what you want and get it rung out at the EFTPOS machine for cheaper than you'll find anywhere other than some misspelled half-arsed webshop. Basically, the problem is you. Not the staff.

Today 18.1.23 I called into the store and as a first timer using my mobile to download on the photo screens I needed help. A young lady by the name of Elle was very pleasant and helpful. Best service I have received in Officework since arriving in Melbourne early 2023. Thank you Elle

Today around 4PM I did my self-service doing printing etc and left my USB dongle at the copier machine. 40 minutes later when I got home I realised I left it at the machine dangling, call the Maribyrnong number and 20 minutes later nobody pick it up and so I went back and its not at the copier and went to the front cashier and the team member on her phone asking others if anyone found it (a customer might find it and hand it) but QUICK TO SAY NOBODY FOUND IT. I was determined and so I line up and young Harry or was it Henry asked if he can be any help and I explained and he looks at the screen and straight away I can see my files and HE HANDED ME THE USB DONGLE (its looks like a credit card) Its disappointing that many on duty just don't give a damn about customer service and LUCKILY I FOUND YOUNG HARRY (or Henry) THANKS to Harry and the customer who handed it, I guess its my good karma as a few months back I found a wallet at Highpoint and handed it to 2 security guys and the owner texted me that she got it back the 2nd time I found a wallet in front of/near Uniqlo not far from Apple and its containing among cards are 2 of $100 = $200 and I handed it to Information Desk and a week later when I checked if anyone has collected nobody seems to know and a few days later I checked again and still nobody can bother to check if it has been pick up by the owner (lives in Craigieburn) and the Information Desk said they have 'hundreds'of lost items.....yeah right!

Harry and Ali from the print and copy service are just awesome!!! Very impressed with how calm and efficient they are, completely under control and can provide a good service under pressure, they just try their best although I could feel the department there is under staffed. Tried their best to accommodate and help when they could, thank u guys!

Regular shopper here and it’s the first time I’ve received a positive customer service experience, so big shout out to Isaac from printing who was super efficient and friendly.

Staff member Rebecca was awesome. Very polite, helpful, patient and she slayed.

Seriously thank you Ali the boss of the day 12th June 2023, have a few Square registers in store, one of them was acting strange and 8mins to closed 6pm, I could only rush there after shop closed 5.15pm and unplugged unit and packed carefully in box. He still patiently does my exchange for the faulty unit.. thank you for your supreme customer service ☺🙏

My partner and I went in a few days ago to buy our son a gaming desk and chair and I just wanted to say a big thank you to Heath who helped us with our needs. He was so helpful and eager to help, even assisting us to our car!! It was an absolute breath of fresh air to have that kind of customer service! Thank you so much to the team at Maribyrnong and especially to Heath my son absolutely loves his new gaming set up. Love the bubbly and helpful nature we experienced.

My wife Genevieve and I visited this store earlier today to purchase a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite tablet for Genevieve. I was served by Deb & Gaynor at the registers, with them calling in Heath from the Tech Department for assistance. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful, pleasant & efficient - making our experience 5-star. The bonus was the guaranteed price-match, saving me nearly $35 off the identical device from the Samsung Store. Highly recommended.

Went into my local Officeworks store @ Maribyrnong today and I couldn’t have come out happier. Massive store with great stock intensity; found everything I wanted; possibly more than I needed. Huge shoutout to Kayla in the printing team who was the sweetest and most helpful person to me. To Heath also; what an incredible person part of their management team - he was serving multiple people and spent time explaining. Definitely my go to store for anything you need for both printing and office supplies.

Always lovely great friendly team that are mire than happy to help and will walk you over to the product you asked about rather than just point and say over there - great service

After discovering that the online store does not allow you to add a gift card to your purchase I went in-store to purchase my new laptop and received excellent support from both the store manager Denise and salesperson Alan. Alan was great in helping make the final decision and I can't recommend him enough. Thank you Officeworks!

I recently used the online printing service for a click and collect order. I needed the prints uregently as I had an important daedline. The SMS confirmation stated a 5 day turnaround time and this stressed me out. I rang up the store and was blessed to have gotten through to Gloria, albeit after a very long hold (no complains tho). Gloria was very considerate and agreed to help me out by prininting my tiny document right away. She was very kind and reinstilled my sense of community in these tough times. Having moved to Kensington recently, this is my second time visiting this store. The first time was to pick up a go pro 9 for my partner's birthday gift. On both these occasions, the staff have been absolutely great and made the entire process a smooth sailing. I am looking forward to being a regular to this store!

Fast and easy click and collect process. The staff are nice and friendly. The store is clean and has big wide corridors. Tonnes of parking including undercover parking.
