Flight Centre North Brighton

Great experience working with flight centre Patterson Lakes and since its closure with North Brighton. I deal with melissa Hagley who is a brilliant agent and great support for all my travel needs.

I am blown away by the service I have received from Flight Centre (Bay Street Brighton). I called and said I wanted to see someone NOW to discuss my forthcoming holiday, walked in 15 minutes later and there she was! I had booked a previous holiday with Melissa and knew as soon as I saw her, that she's a "can do" sort of person! Melissa has been absolutely brilliant to deal with. I gave her a really difficult, detailed and specific trip to put together for me (French Polynesia) and she has nailed it! I haven't even gone yet but Melissa has instilled confidence in me completely! She has been so responsive and has tried so much to make sure my trip is fabulous. I was so impressed with the service that I booked another trip with her for October. That is a cruise and I normally go with a certain company for that type of holiday but Melissa 100% deserved the job. Big thank you Flight Centre and please know, you have a gem of a person working for you. I would recommend without hesitation. SIX STARS!

Claire helped to book my Europe trip and she made the process so much easier with her excellent customer service. I would definitely book again with her and would recommend that you visit her if you are feeling stressed about planning an upcoming trip!

Really impressed with the service from this Flight Centre (Melissa was our agent) - Melissa was extremely helpful and responsive through all aspects of booking, support when needed on one occasion while we were away, and follow up on our return. I will be contacting Melissa again when we next travel- highly recommended.

Sophie and Susie have always been fantastic. They coordinated my flights and itinerary seamlessly. Very experienced in coordinating holidays. The only comment i have is to provide more staff and support for this amazing team. Theyve gone above and beyond, but we need to keep the pressure off the team so that they can provide a high level of attentiveness to all clients and not burnout.

Lilly Borne from Flight Centre, North Brighton absolutely came to my rescue last week! After facing hurdles with disinterest and ineptitude by (another agency), Lilly took me under her wing and helped me secure my tickets using a FC gift voucher, for a glorious Vietnam holiday next year! Flight Centre North Brighton and Mel in particular have been nothing short of excellent when helping our family with our travel plans. We trust her to find the best options for both flights and accommodation, she is always extraordinarily responsive replying same day with quotes and patient when we make changes to our itinerary. If something doesn't go to plan on our journey, she is ready to assist and quickly resolve the problem. It's lovely to know we will be looked after.

I have dealt with Claire Legacy at Flight Centre North Brighton for more than 7 years.
On several occasions Claire changed my flights with little or no fee. On one occasion an urgent change of flights was required after a tearing a calf muscle in Thailand.. problem solved.. back in OZ 28 hours later.. NO extra charge. The consumate professional.

I have used the services of Claire Legacy from Flight Centre North Brighton for several years. She and the team have provided excellent service. They have readily facilitated changes to what at times have been complicated travel itineraries. Furthermore, they were able to address a personal urgent travel requirement and make all the arrangements within 10 minutes of my phone call. I am so impressed with them that I have retained them, and in particular Claire, as our travel agent even though we have moved a long way from their office.

I've had such a great service organising and booking my trip to Darwin with Bianca! She is knowleadgeable, straightforward, pragmatict, professional as well as reassuring, emphatic and with a strong human touch. Qualities that were just perfect for me as a customer/traveller: a bit lost, undecided, and anxious booking my very first after-pandemic holiday (after suffering from COVID and Long-COVID myself). Bianca was able to advise me on the best options to suit my needs - with extreme patience yet without wasting a minute. Excellent customer service! I have been in close contact with travel agent Susie Novak and could not recommend her enough. I had been booking a long and complicated 2020 Europe trip with Susie and she was incredibly efficient when helping us organise every aspect of our trip. Unfortunately, we had to cancel due to covid-19 and Susie was able to assist us with refunds and vouchers. Even under the extreme stress she and other agents were going through at the time, she remained calm and collected and was reassuring the entire time. Could not recommend Flight Centre enough, especially for big trips.

I have had Kirsten Stewart from Flight Centre organise my last 3 travel plans and couldn't recommend her enough! Always greeted with a smile and has a professional attitude. Provided me with a lot of insights to destinations and activities to boot!

I unfortunately had to cancel one of my flights recently and Kirsten was able to help me receive some of my expenses. I wouldn't even have known about it if she hadn't mentioned it!

After a well below average experience at the other Brighton Flight Centre I thought I'd try my luck again at this branch.
