Went in to buy work boots for my husband, the lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Didn't have exactly what he wanted but had something with the same fit and then ordered in what he did want which was great. Will go back just for the customer service.

I recently shopped at this store to buy some work pants.
Was seeved by a girl working there.
Not sure of her name, but she was great to deal with.
