I came to Narelle to have a gold ring I purchased overseas 23 years ago remodelled. Narelle was friendly, helpful and was able to come up with a design that I immediately liked, the stone was removed as sadly it turned out to be glass! As simple as the design is, it's still elegant and a great stacking ring. She very honest and reasonable on price. I would easily go back to Empire again.

I booked online to have my rings rhodium plated. I arrived early and Narelle was kind enough to plate them for me before her next appointment. It was very quick and I didn’t have to wait long. My rings are now beautiful again! I had looked at a few shops before and second empire was by far the best price! Would highly recommend!

Cannot state how good the rings are from this place. We got my mum's 60th birthday ring from here which she absolutely loves. The ring was a beautiful teal sapphire in a rose gold band, which was exactly what she wanted. They were also able to reset her weddings bands and make them last forever! Thanks for you service!!!!

I contacted Second Empire to fix a custom made ring I had. they were helpful, easy to book in a time with, and did an amazing job of repairing my ring. I will definitely return.

Absolutely wonderful! Had my mother's rings repaired and resized after they had to be cut off in hospital :( Good as new now and you would never know they'd ever been damaged! Very reasonable cost too. Going back soon to buy a lovely piece of handmade jewellery

Narelle cleaned our wedding rings (four of them!) over a Saturday morning, and it needed a deep clean as it's been ten years since we've done anything about it. Friendly, casual and professional, she even explained the process of cleaning to me. Covid19 measures were in place then, and we ensured only one customer was in the shop at anytime. Took about 30 minutes all up! Wife and I were really pleased with the end result. Like we're getting married again! Thank you Narelle! :)
