Given that we turned to three specialists at this clinic, I want to extend special thanks to Dr. Shuangli Wang. It's hard to imagine how challenging it is to see such a number of patients in a day and manage to understand the problem and help everyone within 10 minutes. She truly is a professional who sincerely aims to assist and delve into the issue. Thank you!

Friendly staff. Happy to wait that extra bit of time if it means my appointment is bulk billed. There isn't to many bulk billing doctors left so thanks you for staying bulk billing!

Didn’t read the note on HotDoc properly and Accidentally booked in with a Dr. online that can’t see Medicare patients. Reception was extremely understanding and helpful, put me on the cancellation list and got me in the next day to see a doctor. They listened to everything I had to say and i felt well supported

Dr Rajat is wonderful! He has been the only Dr to look into my PMHx while at a consultation for something completely different. He picked up that I have a chronic condition that isn't being managed appropriately and helped with finding some treatment options. I'm very happy with his support.

Had a positive experience with Dr. Thusitha. She promptly called me in without needing an appointment, personally assessed my situation, and provided excellent care. Truly an amazing doctor. I feel well-cared-for.

I popped in here at 9:30am this morning after waiting 1 hour for a blood test around the corner at City Medical Centre, to no avail. I pressed the buzzer and was served in 1 minute, in and out in 5 minutes. The male phlebotomist who served me today was very kind and caring. It was a highly convenient and positive experience. Recommend.

I was very happy with my consultation didn't have to wait long and staff were very helpful.

Dr Channa Fernando is honestly the best doctor I have ever come across. He is a magnificently kind human being, very caring and down to earth, and made me feel so comfortable from my very first appointment. I cannot recommend him highly enough. The reception staff have always been wonderful, Danielle and Jess are brilliant. I've always found free parking out the front and never had an issue with the city location. Excellent Clinic. All my best to the team there :)

Great closing with great staff. They receptionists are warm and welcoming and happy to help. The doctors that I have seen are knowledgeable and happy to listen to you explain what is happening. There can sometimes be a little bit of a wait, but that is just the nature of bulk billing doctors and patient consults taking longer than expected. Otherwise and overall great experience.

Excellent clinic. Sometimes a wait like most medical centres
but am extremly greatful they bulk bill.

Great experiences at city clinic very professional and caring staff.

Travelling to Qld from Western Australia and needed to find a doctor as I had an eye infection. Fantastic service from the moment I walked in. The Receptionist was amazing-she was assisting someone in a wheelchair, to fill out a form. She was very patient and kind. We arrived an hour early and they managed to see me earlier than my appointed time. The doctor was also amazing-super professional, patient and kind.

Since last year, I've been to City Clinic many times, and now most of my problems got resolved. Thanks to the friendly staff and, more importantly, Dr Marimuthu Ramesh, who is helping me SO much. He is very patient and takes care of my problems carefully each time. Thanks, Dr Ramesh. I will go to City Clinic and see Dr Ramesh if I have other needs.

Great doctors! And easy to get into :)

I've never really had a GP to this date, traditionally I would always go into a clinic and see whichever doctor was on that day.
Since my first appointment with Dr Fernando, I have started to appreciate the benefits of seeing a doctor who knows my history, whom I have a rapport with and I know has my best interests in mind.
The City Clinic is a clean and professional beacon of health in the heart of the city of Adelaide.
