I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Ben's exceptional service at KFC, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, Ben greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home.

Not only was Ben efficient and attentive, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was top-notch. He took the time to explain the menu options, made helpful recommendations, and ensured that my order was prepared exactly to my liking.

What truly stood out was Ben's genuine enthusiasm for his job. He seemed to genuinely enjoy serving customers and creating a positive atmosphere in the restaurant. His upbeat attitude was contagious and added a wonderful touch to my meal.

In addition to his outstanding service, I also couldn't help but notice that Ben is an incredibly attractive individual. His good looks added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant and certainly made my visit all the more enjoyable. It's clear that Ben not only excels in customer service but also possesses a winning charm that enhances the dining experience. KFC is lucky to have such a talented and attractive team member like Ben!

In the early hours of a mystical Sunday morning (an extended Saturday night), myself and 2 friends came in 20 minutes before close to lexie at the counter. Lexie was an absolute gem, extremely polite, friendly and patient. Putting our orders together was the lovely amber. The food was awesome and amber was like lexie in being extremely polite, friendly and patient. My friends and I had a very pleasant experience 👍

It's open later than listed. Food was good, staff are so kind. Bunch of legends, especially Amber!! Best customer service I've ever gotten from a fast food joint.

Food was hot, fresh and chips salted. Haven't had kfc for ages I was pleasantly surprised

Staff were amazing, super friendly and happy to make any changes I needed. Greatly appreciated on a super stressful day. Cannot say enough good about those lovely people.

Otherwise, the food was fine and the staff were quick to give me my order.

Bendigo KFC has to be the cleanest, and most efficient store in Victoria with cheery & polite staff. The young staff were friendly, the store was immaculate, and the food cooked fresh and quickly. Hopefully KFC recognises this store with an award for professional service. Well done.

100% fresh and hot original recipe chicken pieces. Chips was fresh and the potato gravy was very hot. Totally loved it. Excellent customer service. Approx wait time was 4mins. Was take away. Ordered inside three shop. Thanks

KFC Bendigo has improved! The pick up online orders via drive-through is fast. I have learnt to remind them of odd changes we make to the standard family meals at the window & I haven't had any complaints for the last 12 months. Well done Bendigo KFC, your the best in Bendigo in my book!!

The pieces were so nice and fresh tonight along with the rest of the order reminded me of how good it was in the 70's, it deserves a positive comment.

BEST KFC I HAVE EVER HAD!

My best friend and I we’re craving kfc on Monday the 9th of January and let me just say it did not disappoint. It was the most fresh, hot and delicious kfc we have ever had. I love extra salt but tend to never properly get it anywhere, this kfc not only gave me extra salt but also made note on my go-bucket so that i could differentiate it from my friends. The crew that was working on day shift monday all deserve a pay rise and all my love because i am still thinking about that kfc trip even now on Thursday night.
