The guys at Protech were a pleasure to deal with. Prompt reply to my initial email inquiry and then simply explained how they should be able address the issue I had. The repair was quick, effective and reasonably priced. The result made me extremely happy.

I was very impressed with the home service provided. All my questions were well received and clearly answered. Each step was clearly demonstrated and explained. I gained a great deal of incidental information that has helped me improve my understanding and ability to operate Windows 10.

David and the team were fantastic to deal with. I upgraded my iMac 27 inch to a solid state drive to give it speed. They saved all of my files on to an external hard drive wiped the Mac clean and started again. I had it back within a day. Excellent service by Mark and the team. Accurate diagnosis and they went above board to fix my Mac computer that could have easily been deemed unsalvageable.
