Bush Pig Inn

Nice bush pub in a rural area of Bendigo. The name is misleading because I think it is more of a family venue. Nice warm and cozy atmosphere, open fire plus fire pit outdoors. Friendly bar staff and good menu with pub grub at good prices.

Visited Bush Pig In on Sunday night at 7pm and it was pumping… I honestly thought with its location it could go either way… BUT this place is iconic. If you want to enjoy a truly authentic ‘Aussie Bush Pub’ full of Aussie memorabilia
then this is it. Ned Kelly stands in one of the corners in the main bar and the walls are covered in rusty old tools with a billiard table standing in the middle of the bar. This pub is surrounded by beautiful bush land and this is the backdrop for the colourful characters that frequent the bush pig in. The staff are amazing and the menu is extensive with all the pub favourites from Chicken Schnitzels to chicken nuggets for the kids. The chef is outstanding and all food is bought fresh in. Adam the barman is there for you as soon as you walk into the bar. The efficiency of this team is incredible.You will not be waiting here long to be served icy cold beer (or 2). Adam is an amazingly friendly and personable barman and his enthusiasm is contagious as soon as you meet him. The food was delicious without a complaint. It was fresh and the serves were generous. Was sent here for ‘the best steak sandwich’- they did not disappoint. What an awesome place and awesome vibe.

Steak sanga and onion rings were 10/10 amazing and was so cheap considering the large portions, AND the ingredients are of much higher quality compared to other chain restaurants in Bendigo! Perfectly eclectic and rustic, and perfectly priced as well as perfectly delicious.

Really nice quirky. Basic pub menu by the looks of it. Karaoke fun.
Going back soon to see check out the food and atmosphere. I reckon will not be dissatisfied

Loving this awesome little pub at the moment. The food is always fantastic - I highly recommend the pulled pork tacos and chicken parmas. Super happy and friendly staff, plus a cozy rustic vibe.

A seriously great pub. Very relaxing atmosphere. Truly amazing outdoor settings. Big outdood fire area. Very well set out inside. There are a few function area's as well. They even have cabin's to hire for over night or longer. There is a place across the road you can hire horse's for riding. A water slide. It is so much more than just a pub. Do yourself a favor & get there you'll wish you had done it sooner.

A welcome relief from a busy holiday, food was awesome, recommend try the namesake burger, but truely the rustic relaxing atmosphere with the fantastic staff makes this a must do night out experience.

Most definitely gets 5🌟s from me, it is probably one of the best places I've been for a meal on a ride yet. It's a place you just want to kick back, relax and take it all in.

Great pub the food is always sensational!!! Price for food and drinks is probably too cheap but I won’t complain:)) Sally and her staff are super friendly and will always go above and beyond to look after you!

Great country pub. Our meals came quickly and were delicious. The beer battered fish and chips were so good, with super fresh fish. And the kids ate for free (Thursday nights).

Absolute rocking pub 👌 Awsome bar staff, epic food. Always an awsome experience. From the outdoor country vibe with outdoor fires to the cosy restaurant inside. This place is a must to visit. On a plus it also caters for functions what more could you ask for!!!! 🙌

Came in with a large group of family & friends and had an amazing time!! Food and drinks were amazing and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful 😁 will be coming back soon and telling everyone about it.
