Honestly really happy with my experience at Cal Gully Macca’s! Was served by Josh, and he made sure my food was out quickly and that I got everything I needed. He was super professional and his service was just amazing despite the stressful and busy situation of working in a fast food restaurant- which I understand first hand. Hats off to you, Josh, you did a great job.

Customer service was exceptional, I was served by Phoebe who was lovely.

By the time I got to the other end they'd already had everything ready, even better!

Only tiniest problem were the chips were too salty. Can't all be perfect.

Good job. Good on you guys. everything is quality and fast. Recommended.

The last couple of times we have been there, the orders came out quick and not missing anything. Tonight we went there and the people were very lovely and friendly. Our orders looked well prepared too and generous amount of chips 😊

Probably the best Mcdonalds I've had. the night shift workers made a pretty stellar chicken big mac!

Great place but a disgusting customer had her children running on the tables without shoes n filthy feet .. I don't blame the business at all .. its not easy to make ppl comply.. but that's discussing in this new era '
People need to have a little respect..

This is most likely the cleanest McDonald's in Victoria. The self-service machines worked as expected, the food was served quickly & the staff were very friendly & helpful. It's a real contrast to many other McDonald's restaurants I've visited

The young team making coffees this morning are consistently great at it shout out to the girl with brown hair and the girl with red hair sorry we didn't get yours names , you make the school run awesome

This outlet is USUALLY very average, if not worse. However, during a visit through the drive-thru earlier this week, a staff member went out of her way to get our order done correctly. We asked for something to be done a particular way and not only did she do that correctly, but she had the intelligence to work out why it was asked. Thanks.

It was good was on time at lease the chips was hot

If only all McDonald's were as friendly as these guys.

By far, our most favourite McDonald's restaurant to visit.

The staff are always helpful, happy, attentive and reliable! One man who often serves there is by far the best! He is just such a genuinely nice person, the service he provides alone encourages us to continue using this store above others in the same area.

Food quality in this outlet is also always very fresh, well made, on time and as expected.

I cannot fault this outlet at all, absolutely highly recommend the trip to this store above others that might be a few kilometers closer!

Jarra and the Janitor are are so awesome. they were very kind to us and friendly and we are just making us feel very safe. love y’all

Awesome fair family atmosphere but the drive though staff could use some work.

It was my daughter's birthday so i got, Bacon and egg Mcmuffin's, Hashbrown's and Hot cakes, it was a real treat, my daughter loved that i got her Maccas for breakfast, so yummy 😍
The ladies that served me were polite and friendly and i didn't have to wait very long, good on you Maccas, great job 👍😊

Only complaint is amount of time frozen coke no sugar, machine has been broken for.

Great service really nice. Was there early in the morning. Huge playground which was fantastic for the kids to burn some energy. Food was freshly cooked. N coffees were great prob one of the best MacDonald's I've been to yet.

Shannon the floor manager is worth his weight in gold. Very welcoming, very polite and always goes the extra mile for his customers. This young man alone upholds this store. If the other young staff were to follow his example in professionalism this would be the best McDonald’s store in Australia. If McDonalds have awards for outstanding staff members this young man deserves every bit of it.

Second visit , keep up good work. Nice to see the manager Shanon seeing of people are being served or enjoying their meals. , :-)Nice place easy to find really great customer service. Keep it up

Wonderful hospitality from manager on Easter Saturday. We visited with disabled family members and could not have been better recieved. Good staff practice comes from good leadership. Thank you McDonalds Maiden Gully.
