Epsom Fish and Chips

Unlike most F&C, you get very well cooked soft flaky fish, generally a full fillet rather than a sliver of white sludge. Crispy unctuous chips with soft centre, crisp flavourful batter, hamburgers are thick and full of flavour, and the little add-ons you get are cooked extremely well. In the top 2 f&c I have been to.

it's Not our first time there. But first review of the fish & chip 🍟 shop. I asked them to shift to Huntly. Lol 🤣🤣 need this shop out there.

I was pleasantly surprised at both the quality of food and exceptional customer service after seeing some previous reviews.

Do yourself a favour and try this place for yourself before reading too much into the review score.

I think the reviews for this business are an absolute joke.
I have a family member who works there full time + my partner is the maintainence plumber.

FYI -
The oil is religiously changed every second day before lunch rush and for the people that complain about missing something in an order, why would you not check your order before you leave like everywhere else you go? Espeacilly on a Friday night when people are nearly standing on top of each other it's that busy???
Common guys, for example maccas is one of the biggest food industries in the world and how often do they stuff up?? 1 in every 5 meals under $20?? Over $20 you need to triple check!

Conclusion,

If your going to bag a business out maybe put your self in there shoes for 5 mins and see how you go.

P.s hygienically, you can see for yourself, thorough clean happens for 2 hours every working day and 1.5 after closing.

Best fish and chips I've had in ages and still cheap. Will definitely go back :-)

Always fast efficient and tasty food, prefer the chips over other takeaways as they are not as dry and crunchy.
