Very friendly and professional. Had to take my cat in for treatment and was seen to quickly. Highly recommend them. Everything was explained to me and they made me feel comfortable.

Absolutely incredible staff and clinic. They go above and beyond with care, and don't leave clients out of the loop. My precious twelve year old poochon was rushed here for his first vet visit (besides puppy school/vaccinations) whilst in the care of family as I am on holidays interstate. Obviously feeling incredibly anxious, heartbroken, and helpless, knowing I couldn't be there with him - staff were in regular contact with me, with updates and even photos. I cannot thank them enough for saving my babys life. Hands down best vet in Bendigo!!!

The staff are absolutely lovely, my dog always feels so comfortable at FurLife. The online booking system is so easy to use, and “Best Mates” is well worth the money if you have an injury prone or young pet!

If you are after a very good vet look no further. Treated the problem with my Border Collie without fuss and in timely manner in the Christmas holiday period.

Staff and vets are all extremely professional and friendly, had my kitten spayed here and she healed in half the time expected and was eating pretty quickly after surgery in a good mood. Great vet!

After a terrifying viscous dog attacked our puppy, Emma answered my frantic call for help. Tho it was almost closing time & there were other emergencies, these beautiful vets allowed us to come in & care for our very distressed puppy. They cleaned his wounds, checked him over fully & so gently, then explained the most professional way to care for him overnight. They also told us to bring him back in next morning, even tho booked out. This Vet surgery looked after our last fur buddy for 17 years, & were amazing when his time ended. Now we are so lucky to have a gorgeous Cavoodle & they have been caring for him so wonderfully. Thankyou, so much to all your amazing staff. My teenager was so scared for her puppy after his horrible trauma, & we also were treated by all your staff with love & professional care. Thankyou so much. Nyree & Kj & fur buddy, Radar 💜🐾

Friendly, helpful staff , highly qualified Vets, spotlessly clean, fresh Consulting rooms.
My 2 dogs recently had surgery, their care, treatment and aftercare by the highly skilled staff is exceptional. I can also recommend the Fur Life BEST MATES Total Care program. It will definitely save you money!

Thank you so much to all the staff at Eaglehawk rd veterinary clinic. Not only are you beautiful with the animals but so supportive and caring to us the owners. My boy had a big dental surgery on the 18th of January 2021 and is doing unbelievably well considering. I think your care for him is why he is doing so well. Your advice to me for after care was clear and easy to follow. And your care for us was outstanding.

My wife and I have been with Passionate Vet Care/Fur life for 12 Years now. They have been nothing but caring and compassionate with our furry loved ones.

Any questions I have about whatever to do with my pets they are always answered no matter how silly they sound. I never get made to feel foolish. Either receptionist, nurse or Vet are always willing to explain any concerns I may have. My 16yr old cat loves going down to them and is well behaved and makes me out to be a lier. She acts like an angle for them, I do the same thing and I'm the enemy.
They really take care of your pets and are always friendly. If I thought they didn't care or they where not friendly then I would not take my pets there...
In my opinion with my pets they have been great and I'm happy with there service.
