I had some flowers sent via Pash from friends in England last week and they were delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately it was a hot day and by the time the neighbours returned home and gave them to me, they were looking pretty sad. The correct address was on the delivery note so I let Pash know. Sure enough, they could not have been more accomodating and although it was the external delivery company that made the error, they sent me a fresh bunch. Good customer service does still exist!
